Stayed at this property once before. Love the location. The facilities were good.

bathroom is very small Door did not lock so no code was used - couldn't lock the room so no valuables left. Power went out for 2 hours Sunday morning at 4:30. Need to explain lock box if there is one

Great location, cute condo, nicely decorated, bright and cheerful. Great view straight to the bay. Walking distance to all things in Birch Bay.

It was not clean. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging from shower caddy, long hairs on shower curtain and shower walls, top of shower was dirty. The kitchen counter had salt on them The chairs on balcony were worn out and the frame was bent, one especially was a safety issue.

TV in loft would not work properly. Pool was not open for the season even though the weather was warm enough.

Bed upstairs was very comfortable, living room couch too.

Downstairs bedroom carpet smelled very bad like animal urine. Had to sleep on couch and not use bedroom despite keeping the window open in the room. Filthy dirty bathroom rugs need to be replaced as well.

Good open space, good water view,nice deck, kitchen was pretty good but weirdly stocked. Price was decent for Wintertime but would be double in Summer

Dirty, worn unit with neglected upkeep and dated interior. Thermostats don't seem to work, weird switches that tun off lights and plugs, dishwasher soap tab broken, lots of frying pans but all small, staircase is narrow probably not the safest, construction going on in nearby unit, and weird chemical smell that I notified management about but was never addressed. I think it was heavy duty cleaners used to mask a smell. Finally, no place in condo to recycle which is ridiculous, had to drop items off on Bellingham.

Had a nice view of the water, easy access to parking and no key required so you don't have to worry about losing them while you're there! The lock is a key pad. Had plenty of pots and pans if you're into cooking. Seems that other guests have left some spices in the cabinets. Super close to restaurants and thinks to do in birch bay/Blaine.

This is just a personal thing but there are no curtains, the couch wasn't all that great it slid around a lot and wasn't that comfortable to lounge on. Neighbor was doing construction early in the mornings which made it hard to sleep in or watch tv but that isn't a fault of the host.
