Location is ideal if you want to see the Marble Mountains. Also it’s very affordable, and the facilities have a nice design/finish.

The facilities look very nice but it’s not very clean - we had to ask for new bedding twice because it was dirty. While changing the bedding, the staff told us to wait in the foyer, but after sitting there for 40 minutes we realised they hadn’t thought to tell us it was ready. The downstairs kitchen/lounge bit had its doors left open to the environment, and I found a dead baby rat in the sink. To be fair, this was all the way on the ground floor, and our room wasn’t impacted by this, but they clearly had a problem with rats because there was a packet of rat traps left on display.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I had multiple occasions where I needed assistance and every time they came through. I'm not talking about small things but 3 rather large personal problems I had, that they helped take care of for me. Forever grateful, thanks to all at the Shine!

The area is awful had people shouting in my face to move my car . Staff ring me and wake me up 2 times to move my car .. I had been driving for 15 hours I was shattered ... I did not even stay for the night I checked in and left a few hours later .. now there refusing a refund not even replying Honestly don't waist your money at this hotel .. there is so many good and better hotels in da nang
