The coffee was not hot and our cup vibrated off of the machine two times and the lights were a challenge to operate.

Valet and the security situation I feel like them young valet workers or settings people up ain’t no way somebody walks in the front of the hotel and breaks a window with 3 or 4 valet workers in the front

great service. oyster bar happy hour was fantastic. rooms comfortable and spacious.
spa was very low end for a 4 seasons. sparse. waiting room was like an office. not many amenities.

breakfast was good, still, sometimes breakfast service was not fast enough
breakfast service. while as was on important call, waitress started to wash loudly around table.

Extremely modern and hi-tech hotel, good building location, beautiful room. Doorman Virdis gets a special shout-out, very friendly and professional.
Very busy hotel, slow line at check-in, paid extra for River view that was very limited. Almost too complicated wall controls. Tile in shower is very slippery when wet, somewhat dangerous.

the staff aaa outstanding , the valets were very helpful and had amazing hospitality. I recommend staying here if you want to feel the most welcomed in a new scene. A true home away from home!

Quiet, great location, very clean and comfortable bed. Beautiful decor, attentive staff. Loved the river view and that they upgraded our room for our anniversary.
The train! That was not a pleasant surprise. Comes through every night and blows its whistle. I was annoyed at the $8 waters. For the price of the room that should be comped.

fantastic luxury resort! chandelier bar and chemin de la mer beautiful, accomodations very contemporary and stylish with clean look and beautiful view of the city

I love how inviting the hotel staff was. The room was great and the location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, parks and a Riverwalk Outlet Collection.
There isn’t a thing we didn’t like about it.
