This B&B was great! Very nice and modern room with confortable bed (and AC was good, too). Housekeeping is provided daily and each day the room was like new! We stayed 5 nights. The receptionist was very friendly ad helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed it in our balcony. Railway station was very near (5-10 min. walk). Thank you very much!

they don’t speak English . it’s ok for 2 persons but we made a reservation for 3 persons and the 3 slept in a coach for kids .

This B&B is really amazing! also the co-worker are kind, helpful and very friendly. Our Room was so nice and really clean!

The room was really nice, big and very clean. the breakfast also was really good (to enjoy in the room or balcony). The receptionist was very friendly. The location is central, but not in the most beautiful quarter of Tropea.

It is not so easy to find the B&B (we at first thought we are complete wrong), it is only a small doorbell panel you have to search). The area around the B&B is not very welcoming, but within a few walking minutes you are in the center of Tropea.

Location was good, but was just in a very residential area that was a little run down, so arriving later in evening was just unexpected, but once located, all was absolutely fine, it is only 5 mins from the main town centre, and the property itself is in excellent condition. Bedrooms are all directly connected to the main reception area, so its a little noisy in the mornings with breakfast prep and people departing etc.

B&B L'Orchidea has large, exceptionally clean, well lit rooms, a generous breakfast served in your room, and a central location close to both the town center and the railroad station. Housekeeping is provided daily, so each night the room is like new. The best feature of this B&B however, is the proprietor and host, Francesca. I visited Tropea in the winter, and almost everything was closed for the season. Francesca made suggestions, phone calls and reservations that really saved the trip. She found an amazing restaurant for my birthday dinner and reserved a table. She called friends who own a vineyard and arranged a very last minute tour on a Sunday! The winemaker even came and picked us up at the B&B. Francesca was always available by phone if she wasn't at the desk. Her cheerfulness and smile are very welcoming and comforting. Obviously, I cannot say enough good things about her. She has done a terrific job making B&B L'Orchidea a great place to stay. Thank you, Francesca.
