This home is cute but not ideal for a family of 5. The living room furniture set up isn't comfortable for watching a movie/tv. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining room table is nice. The hot tub area and the balcony/deck isn't very private. The bedroom downstairs on the entrance level shouldn't be marketed as a bedroom. It's TINY and FREEZING. Don't love the area this condo is in...didn't feel very family friendly. Overall, it was fine for a quick family get away but we wouldn't stay here again.

This amazing condo was beyond our expectations. Location, cleanliness amenities… THE HOT TUB!! This was perfect for our family of six and we had an incredible time together!

We really enjoyed our fall trip to Vail. The location is great....about 5 minutes drive to Lionhead. The house is comfortable and great for the family. We liked having toys around the house to entertain the kids. Also having Netflix is a great plus. 4.5 stars because there are not instructions on how to use the oven, hot tub or even to lock the front door. Also, there was a little mouse in the house but understandable since the house back up to nature. We were able to open the door and our little friend went away where he belongs! Overall, good experience with great memories.

The property is nice and everything was in good shape physically. The lower level bedroom, however, had no heat or electricity. Despite texting the property manager, the problem was never remedied during our 3 night stay. Additionally, the hot tub and the propane grill were not working.
The room with the bunk beds is very small. There is no place to put a suitcase except in the middle of the floor or on one of the bunk beds. The room does not work well for adults.
It is an easy walk to the shuttle to Vail Village and the ski hill.

No problems getting into the property, It was comfortable, and I really enjoyed being able to text the property manager to discuss check procedure….

The home was great, only a few minute drive to Vail Village. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub were a huge plus.

We gathered as an extended family from both coasts for an early Christmas celebration - the house was perfect! From gathering around the fireplace to open gifts, to utilizing all the supplies in the well stocked kitchen for our extensive baking it was great spot. Another highlight was the hot tub, we used it every night in the snow. Peaceful and beautiful!

Great place to stay
The house is exactly as advertised. It was very clean, spacious and a great location. It is a bit of a walk to the shuttle, but convenient to get to Vail.

Fantastic place and location
The layout and space was just perfect for our getaway with a couple of friends and our kids. The private hot tub and great location made it all extra fun and fabulous.

Everything exceeded expectations. Easy check in, clean, great amenities, awesome location with easy bus route to Vail village at bottom of the hill. Would definitely stay here again!
