We loved staying here. It felt very safe. It was bigger than we expected. We have 3 teenage children and we weren’t crowded at all. It was also very clean. It’s just a short subway ride from Times Square. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay in New York. Our condo was located in a convenient location. We were able to walk to our Statue of Liberty tour, the 9/11 Memorial and One World Center. Other points of interest like the theater district, Times Square, The Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and Central Park are easily reached by Uber or the subway. The area around the condo has lots of dining options within walking distance as well. The condo having a full kitchen made having breakfast before heading out easy. I highly recommend this listing as a hotel alternative.

The location is perfect in the financial District near the Seaport. Two complaints about this booking. The layout of the apartment is suboptimal. The kitchen and living room areas are very small, connected by narrow corridors. The layout is not open like another two bedroom Sonder apartment in the same building we stayed at previously. Second, despite multiple direct communications with a staff on site, as well as through the app, asking for extra washcloths, we never received them during our three night stay. Service is poor.

Not the most expensive, not cheap either; zi expected better. Unit had much deferred maintenance needs: both bathroom sinks had slow drainage, one toilet paper holder loose so toilet paper kept falling off, worn nightstands top surface, wobbly living room chair, loose lamp fitting, lint balls in bedroom ... No ability to contact building directly (I left something in the freezer, contact Under who said I'll get a call before my flight n an hour; still haven't heard.

For one, The service that monitors emails is out of the country and has no idea what is going on for the property. They say there is no flexible check in or check out policy and you can't check bags. Both are false, There is a flexible check in/out policy and you can check bags. Next, the place is incredibly spartan and uncomfortable. And, the furniture was heavily greasy, stained AND BROKEN. I reported it to the staff on site and THEY STILL CHARGED ME after check out. The TV didn't work either. There was no unit/house manual that comes with most VRBOs to explain where everything is and how to use things. The area sucks. The Financial District has little to no amenities or restaurants, theaters or places to visit. Closest thing is the WTC and Battery Park which is about an hour walk. This is very expensive for a 1000 a night and you get little to nothing for it. Worst rental ever!

I loved this location as it was within close proximity to the 911 Memorial, Statue of Liberty and just a short subway ride to all of the other attractions we wanted to see. Be sure to walk down by the pier to get a fabulous view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the trendy restaurants within a short distance from your stay!

The beds were uncomfortable as was the couch, the shower/tubs are an accident waiting to happen( very slippery). No soap for shower provided which would have been nice to know… We were disappointed the roof top was closed as it was beautiful weather. I honestly felt I was ripped off financially

My teenage daughter and I spent Father's Day weekend in the city. When planning the trip, I was looking for a hotel with adjoining rooms. I decided to check VRBO and was very happy to find this property. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Having a kitchen allowed us to take our time each morning, rather than having to rush out for breakfast before the day's activities started. We will definitely book this property again the next time we visit.

My family and I stayed the week in NYC and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sonders property. It was convenient walking distance to Liberty Park and the 9/11 memorial and just a block away from the subway. Great food options were just around the corner to authenticate the NYC experience. The only knock I can give is there is not a lot seating to hang out in the evening, not that you got to NYC to stay in. Overall a nice property and a great stay!

Our family of five stayed here for four nights and it was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable . The location was great, easily walkable to shopping, restaurants, the 9/11 memorial. Just to name a few.

I was embarrassed and felt bad when we arrived to the apartment and found that the apartment was dirty! The first hour we were there my friends wife swept the floor. We couldn’t sit on the couch because of fluid stains- soda or wine? I contacted Sonder - several times - and although I was assured someone would come by to clean the couch and place, no one ever did. The only thing they dis was refund my cleaning deposit. I will never book a Sonder property again!

The place was in good condition and clean. However, there was not a King bed (as advertised) and the hide-a-bed in the couch was broken.
