great to have coffee and snacks available and a fridge available

the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock

We stayed in a private room with 2 beds and bathroom. Everything was clean. We had lunch and dinner out, but at the reception area, there is a small kitchen if you want to cook something. Fisterra is a small viallge, so the accommodation was near everywhere.

nothing :-( It was a squalid place I regret booking

Tiny, ill organized, messy, smelly, ugly, the so called continental breakfast was industrially made and packaged muffins and awful croissants plus some old fruit. And a baguette you’re supposed to eat with ? The toilet seat was plastic and non fitting…I could go on. What an awful stay and I am saying this after having stayed in public hostels.

Staff were friendly.

Wifi did not reach the room. Found hair on the mattresses.

The location and the view

The location and the room/bathroom were extremely good.

There was no actual breakfast when advertised so and it was a bit confusing with the reception/staff.

Perfect location, situated right in the middle of town close to all the beautiful sights. The host was very nice and provided extra blankets when it got cold at night.

There was no free breakfast as advertised, and the beds were rather uncomfortable.

Hostel was with all the basics, there were 4 beds in the room but I was alone so no problem for using everything and have enough space. The host was amazing, wait for me even if I reach late, give me some food and extra blankets.

Only think it was a heavy rain and some water enter in the room. :(

Buen trato en general

It was close to bus station.

We were greeted by an old angry woman and were shouted at for at least 5min. You shouldn't be in hospitality if you hate people...

No breakfast offered - wifi ok

My reservación was cancellled the same day I arrived with very little noticed no was already in town ready to check in suddenly my reservation was canceled. Booking was pointing fingers at the hotel. The hotel was pointing finger at booking. Totally unacceptable I had to take a bed in the albergue I had already reserved a private room. That private room was giving to some one else. My reservation was made one month in advance.
