Beautiful clean property with great location

The a/c was in issue all week. we complained but no one came. The rooms were hot but the huge common area was cold. we complained about the constant dripping of the a/c unit but it was not addressed. The refrig outside did not working, which left us with using our private coolers for ice and drinks. The wine cooler in the home did not keep the wines cold.

Beautiful property & amazing location! My family of 6 & my parents stayed here ( 8 people total) and we had plenty of room! Each room was like a master bedroom & everyone had their own bathroom. Beautiful back deck, loved the hot tub, TVs in almost every room & outside!! Fire pit was our hangout spot! Absolutely hands down our favorite house we have rented! We will be back!

This place was just PERFECT for our family getaway. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed to relax for a few days. Owner was quick to respond to all of our needs, would highly recommend over and over! Welcome bag of s'mores was a nice treat! Thanks for an awesome trip!

We had 3 families (1. Grandparents 2. Couple with teenager 3. Couple with 3 small children) The room set up was excellent- bed and pillows are amazing! Plenty of space to relax and visit. Great outdoor space. Deck is beautiful. Easy drive to Beavers Bend.

We loved this cabin! This is our 14th stay in the area and this cabin is our favorite. We loved the open concept and bedroom layout. Having mostly everything on the ground level kept us all together. All the different seating areas were great, too! Beds were comfy and showers had great pressure. Cleanest hot tub and outdoor patio area. Only two suggestions: add more dish towels to kitchen and label all light switches! (There are a ton of switches in the main area; it was a funny guessing game though!)

Our party all commented how much we enjoyed the home. It was everything we needed it to be. With all the bedrooms having their own bathroom, it made sleeping in and getting dressed easy. Fully stocked home with everything you need. Quality products to boot. The outdoor patio, fireplace, fit pit were all great congregating places (didn’t get to use the hot tub but it is there to use). Definitely a winner for an adult group gathering or that with a couple of kids to tag along upstairs.

Everything about this cabin is everything you want and need. This Gorgeous and spacious cabin was an excellent choice for our group of 10 friends. It was easy to find and hassle free check in. Host is very quick to ask any questions you might have. We loved our stay and enjoyed every moment of it. It has a well equipped and clean kitchen with plenty of cleaning supplies. large size living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful patio with gorgeous view and lots of sitting and relaxing areas. We will definitely return.

Best house we’ve been in over the past 5 years of us vacationing in Broken Bow. I’ve had the privilege of staying in this home on twi different occasions. First time on a girls trip and the second as a couples trip. I think we found our spot!

Overall one of the best Broken Bow area rentals we’ve ever experienced. The home is nicely updated and very clean. We loved the various activities on the property and used the main floor for hanging out together. Love how open the first floor is while also private and spacious in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend staying here. Big shout out to our amazing host for gifting a welcome bag with s’mores ingredients. It was the best part of our last night together.

As many have said, this property has the space and amenities for a crowd. There were 7 adults and 4 teens and no one felt cramped. Huge great room living space that the pictures don’t do justice. 4 very comfortable king bedrooms on the ground floor all en suite. Small but decent bunk room for 3 with its own bath on the second floor. Amazing back deck with fireplace, hot tub and ample seating/dining space. We had an issue with getting the outdoor fireplace lit and someone came (in a downpour!) to help us immediately. Also a gaming console in the bunk room and, our favorite, shuffleboard table downstairs. The yard is large and private with a wonderful fire pit, (perfect for our welcome gift of a s’mores kit) horse shoe pit and ample parking. We’re already planning our next trip. Amazing!!

It suited our purpose well. There was a large, well equipped kitchen. Great hot tub! There was plenty of room for the nine of us to have our own space and a large family room area.

This cabin was set up well with large bathrooms in each beautiful room and plenty of seating inside and outside. It was also easy to find!

What a beautiful property! It was perfect for our group of eight ladies' annual getaway. All four of the king rooms/full baths were downstairs and the living area was spacious and comfortable, as well as the awesome deck. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. And what a surprise to find a wine cooler! Our only complaint was, because we all brought food/drink to cook/share, we needed a larger refrigerator and a double oven. That's it. No other complaints. So glad we came. We all highly recommend this property and have agreed we'd love to return.

We stayed here to celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with friends and it was amazing!! Everything was beautiful and clean. So many amenities! We did not want to leave!!

The rental was beautiful. Well equipped with all we could need. Very responsive to any questions. This is a wonderful location to the marina and the shops. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Home Sweet ‘Homa is a beautiful vacation home. Spacious, clean, well stocked and taken care of. We had everything we needed and more, if an issue came up it was addressed immediately. I think the thing that impressed me the most was all the beds were extremely comfortable and that’s something you don’t find in a lot of vacation homes. There were 11 of us and we never felt on top of each other. The design and layout of the property and house was well thought out for a large group. Plenty of extra activities such a shuffleboard (huge hit), video games, cornhole, horseshoes, tetherball, outdoor sitting areas, outdoor fireplace and pit, gas grill and Jacuzzi were big pluses with our family and available. The trees around the house are beautiful. One of the things we laughed about though is you don’t need to washing your car before you go it would be a useless effort. Excellent experience and a great place to stay. A happy and successful family vacation completed. Everyone is in 100% agreement we will definitely plan to return and that says it all!

We had an amazing time at this house! The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean and overall simply amazing. The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen is fully stocked. The outside is incredible as well! When we come back to Broken Bow, we will stay at this house again.

This lovely home is gorgeous! All bedrooms having their own bathrooms was awesome! Beautifully decorated! Great views! We loved our stay and will definitely be renting this place again! Highly recommended! Great communication with the owners!

This is a beautiful property with 4 great bedrooms with baths on the main floor. The upstairs bedroom would work better for younger children, not enough for two boys 15 & 18 to share! Very well equipped for anything you want to do! Great location!

The hot tub was ready when we arrived. The house was spotless. The fire pit was awesome. My only suggestion would be to upgrade kitchen towels. We had a wonderful time!!

This home is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. The house was clean and as pictured. Just an FYI, the home isn't in as remote a location as the overhead photo shows. There are homes around the property but the property is quiet and heavily treed. The roads leading to the home allow for easy access. They are all paved except for a short distance on one road (maybe 1/2 mile) and no steep hills. It's in a beautiful neighborhood.

Our group of friends (10 of us) do an annual trip there and hang out for 4 days. This year could not have been any better. The house was perfect and a day of watching the snow and deer from this beautiful home could not be topped.
