Großer (teilweise überdachter) Parkplatz da das Hotel im gleichen Gebäude wie Kaufland und einem chinesischen Restaurant ist.

Das Doppelbett stand an der Wand und war deswegen nur von einer Seite zugänglich. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Frühstück eher einfach, aber jeder hat was gefunden was schmeckt.

Alles ok.

I liked the location—great for an overnight stay and with the added bonus of Kaufland under the hotel.

The receptionist yelled at us in German to shut our dog up, as our small dog barked when we arrived at the desk. We were at that time naturally already telling our dog to be quiet (the receptionist shouting did not help) and in few second she (the dog) did just that. Then the receptionist lied to us. First that there are no other vacant hotels in the city (there were many), then about cancelling our stay (we didn’t feel comfortable staying in such a hostile environment). She was saying we will get our money back, if we cancel our reservation, when we asked her to get some confirmation of that in writing, she said it is not possible, and we actually can not get our money back (booking policy?). She did not speak English (spoke very little) so she talked to my husband(he speaks German), even though multiple times I (the one paying) asked to be spoken to. She also,even though I corrected her, kept mispronouncing my name. When I asked for her name, she gave it really quickly (Faik or something like that), and went on another pretty unpleasantly loud rent in German. During all this fuss our dog was quietly sitting next to us. She then called her boss and lied to her about what happened, saying that the dog keeps barking very loudly (absolutely not the case - she barked few times on arrival). The room was also dirty, very dusty and there were no plugs next to the bed. And ironically at the end the whole night we kept being woken up by extremely noisy parking space next to the hotel where apparently people drink/party/car race at night.

The worst staff I have ever encountered!

I have booked the room for the night all confirmed by booking!!! 30 minutes later I have a phone call from the hotel sorry no rooms available for you!!!! Not recommend to anyone else!!!! I only 10 minutes a way!!! So I have to drive for 2 hours to get my self a new hotel!!! Finally I have find 1 in linz!!!!

We have been woken up at 2:30 am as people were breaking into all the cars outside the hotel

Nice hotel overall, it is slightly far from the city center, not sure about the bus connections, so you'd better check your options before booking depending on which transport you are using. If you travel by car it is a nice place: big parking lot right across, Kaufland is right there, rooms are very neat, beds super comfy, no air conditioners though so you need to consider that as well before booking. Breakfast, coffee, cigarette machine is on the sight.

Nice hotel, near to motoway and easy to get there. The reception was open till late and they was waiting for us. The room is big enough for two people and have a very comfortable bed. I like this hotel, and l recomanded everyone for a good rest.

Easy to access the hotel from the highway. Free parking.

Poor choice for breakfast. A bit noisy. Bad Wi-Fi.

The staff is very helpful and polite every time we stay here. The hotel is pet friendly which is a big plus and the breakfast is nice. They always allow us to check in after the end of check in hours which is amazing.

At this point I do not have any proposals to improve since every time we have a really good time at this hotel.
