Our expectations were higher due to the listing looking new and pristine. Reality did not live up to that, but it was adequate. My disappointments included dirty windows, no screens and it was HOT. Full of big flies when we arrived and no fly swatter. Lots of frying pans, but none clean enough to cook in. I purchased a new pan to make eggs. Instructions to remove shoes, but the floors made our socks very dirty. Needs a deep clean. Floor has water damage that is repaired with duck tape at the sliding door to the deck. Just not as well kept as I expected. I would stay again, but understanding the current condition is not reflected in the listing.

Property is amazing! Great space, great layout, all the basics for cooking and having a great time, plus a little more! Contact with the Property Manager was easy and seamless, responded very timely. Thank you for the great location and time, we will be back!

Property is at the end of a road, so it's very quiet. The house was clean, and has a great layout for a small group of friends/family.

Property was just as listed, our family of 5 was very comfortable. Host was helpful answering questions. Saw some moose right outside from the deck!

Great home in a beautiful neighborhood. Nice quiet cul de sac. Owners are very helpful, gracious and accessible.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood felt like a tree house with views of the tree tops from the upper decks. We used this as home base and took a 1 day trip to Whittier for glacier cruise and 1 day trip to Seward for sailing in Resurrection Bay! A nearby hike to waterfalls was also fabulous for after dinner walk. Well stocked!

Property was spacious and comfortable. Girdwood has a lot of family activities and provides easy access to Seward area for day trips. Property owner is awesome!

The host was very quick to respond to any question. The home was clean, comfortable and ready for our stay. The location is great. Wish we could have stayed here longer during our Alaska vacation!

The home was spacious, the area quiet and peaceful. Jane was responsive and extremely easy to contact. Great location for touring in area, easy in and out. Recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the quieter side of the tourist areas.
