We had the most relaxing vacation here! Everything we needed was readily available for us! Super close to restaurants and shops. The beach view from the balcony was gorgeous! We hope to stay here again!! ❤️🌞🦀

My daughter, daughter in law, and I came down for the Mullet toss and stayed in this beautifully decorated condo on the beach. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again!

My husband and I both needed rest and refreshment after a tough year caring for family members and work matters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, sweet place. It was well furnished in every way and I did not want for anything in the kitchen, which is unusual. The hosts/owners are on top of their game and have an excellent property with excellent service!

We have been coming to Perdido Key for over 25 years, but this is our first time staying at Shipwatch. Our condo was spacious, and equipped with every cooking utensil imaginable (a cast iron dutch oven!). About a 15-20 minute walk to the Flora-Bama, and everything else is a short drive away. Jenny was a great host and was very responsive. Thanks!

The property is as good as you will find. The little things matter in life and the iittle things grab your attention in this unit. Everything is high quality, from the kitchen utensils to the pillows on the beds. Well thought out, well taken care of and an owner that is an absolute professional. We will hopefully have the opportunity to enjoy this unit again in the future.

My wife and I had a great time here. Bedding was extra nice. Deck furniture was comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Definitely above average on decor. Under counter ice maker was clutch! We'll be back!

Very comfortable and easy access to beach. Beautiful view from balcony - loved watching the dolphins in the morning. Ice maker is great to have; never run out. Very comfy beds. Would definitely recommend. Quite area yet close to Flora Bama - short walk on beach. Host was VERY responsive.

Me and my wife traveled to Alabama for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been happier.
The location was great with tons of restaurants and beaches right within walking distance. Condo was immaculate and set up just right with tons of room. Owner was very friendly and responsive to any forms of communication when we reached out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great view and a super nice roomy condo.

We have been visiting Perdido/Orange beach area for twelve years. This is by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We loved the condo itself and the property. Loved the closet and ice maker was a bonus!
Great location as well. So easy to work with Jenny and she was very thorough with her checkin and check out procedures. Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice. Jenny was easy to work with and very communicative. Nice big balcony with comfortable furniture. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. I will definitely stay there again!!!

We have loved Perdido the past couple of years and hope to stay in this property again! Clean, up to date, all the condo essentials you need for a great and easy beach trip. Check in was smooth and no problems during our stay. Comfy beds and nice linens. Very pleased!

We booked this condo for a getaway with my best friend and her her husband. Having grown up in Pensacola my expectations can be a bit high and this beautiful condo did not disappoint!
The communication with Jenny was by far the best out of any rental I have stayed in. We had a minor issue with the door code and she immediately responded and helped.
The condo was sparkling clean, well stocked, beds we’re comfortable and the view was spectacular.
We will be making this our new yearly trip place to stay.

We loved everything about this condo! Such great space for our family of 4, beautiful view of the ocean, convenient access to the beach and pool, super clean, well decorated… I can’t say enough good things! I think I read a previous review that stated it felt more like a home than a vacation rental, and I think that’s the perfect way to describe it. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo exceeded my expectations. As soon as we walked in and set our things down, the kids asked “Can we live here!?!!” The balcony with the view of the beach was a little piece of heaven. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The large ice maker was a nice touch and was amazing for packing a little lunch and drinks cooler. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for a low-key get away with a group of high school senior girls. The girls piled into the second bedroom with the bunk bed and queen bed, which left the large bedroom with the view to the attentive adult.
The condo itself was beautiful with a large deck and everything we needed for a laid-back week at the beach.
It is not in the middle of the hustle of Orange Beach or Gulf Shores, but there were plenty of restaurants and stores close by.
The communication and directions by the host was excellent. The only thing we did not know was that the beach-side pool was out of order during the time we were there in March.

We rented for a month. Perfect low-key location. Smaller 32 unit building so not busy and noisy. Great gulf view. Place was clean, bed was comfortable, furniture was comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and then some. We did have to buy hangars and a crockpot but not complaining about that. Plenty of dishes, bowls, pots and pans, blankets, bath towels, etc. Balcony furniture was also very comfortable. Will definitely try to rent again next year!!

The unit felt more like a home than a rental. The decor was so tastefully done. And the furniture was very comfortable, even the balcony furniture. The owner anticipated guests needs, from a fully equipped kitchen, right down to an extension cord, next to the sofa, to make charging your phone a breeze. The unit was very thoughtfully appointed and the owner was a delight to communicate with. Looking forward to my next stay.

The description and pictures online were accurate - the location is central to everything in the area and the beach there has white sand and is beautiful. The owner was gracious and very helpful.

Condo was great! Main property could use a little bit of updating, but the condo itself is in really good condition besides some very minor upkeep issues. Owner was super to work with, questions got answered within minutes. Location is far enough away to be out of the crowds but close enough to be within a few minutes drive to anything you want to do. Overall we had a great experience and would book again.

The condo and owner are great!
We had a few issues and Jenny was always quick to respond and would do what she could to help. The most major challenge we faced was when the elevator was out of service for over 24 hours. We are both retired, old, fat and out of shape, being on the 8th floor made it was a process to get to the condo. Even though it was not her responsibility Jenny did what she could to keep us informed as to the progress on the elevator and did what she could to insure it did not spoil our vacation.

This condo was beautiful! It had everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pools. The views off the balcony were amazing! We are already looking forward to staying here next year!!

This place was so clean and nice. Felt like luxury. The owner was very nice and attentive, could be reached at any time. This is definitely a place I would stay at again.
