It’s nice but my wife has problems with steps. Floor plan had steps to bath, kitchen, living room. We will ask about steps next time

We needed a small yet convenient place to stay and this was it. The location is so perfect. You’re so close to everything on Pine ave, but without the noise. You could not hear anything from the road at our bungalow. We enjoyed the short walk to Two Scoops but did rent a scooter to get to the other side of the island. We would definitely stay in this place again if we came back. The only down fall is we like the beach on the south end, so we did have to drive the scooter everyday to the beach. Not a big deal. Loved our stay, always too short on Anna Maria Island.

This bungalow was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was close to everything. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of space. Convenient to have beach chairs available and laundry. We would stay here again.

I loved the tiny home so much! It’s perfect location. I didn’t have to contact the hosts for any reason, Would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I have been coming to AMI during the winter for several years. We love the town, the setting, the birds, and the beaches. This bungalow was perfect for us. The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and despite being located in the middle of the most desirable area of town, it was very quiet and peaceful whether inside or out. Also, the rental agency was so very helpful and responsive. They could not have been better, and we have already booked our stay with them for next year.

This property is perfect for a couples get away, which was my case. I would definitely recommend it. We had a nice and relaxing 4 nights.

This property's location and features were exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed Anna Maria as a kid, and going back here with my girlfriend was an absolute treat. This property helped me achieve the nostalgia and seclusion I was looking for so we could spend quality time in the area while being comfortable with everything you'd expect to want/need while away from home. I’ve been traveling to AMI for about 20 years now. I usually stay with my cousin who lives in Holmes beach and this was my first time staying in Anna Maria. I loved the property because we were ( my sister and I) in the bungalow behind the main house. This afforded us the quiet I look for when on vacation. The house was “ old Florida” which is what I was looking for for this particular trip. The only issue I had was the house was VERY musty smelling. They have 3 wall unit AC’s that could use some maintenance and a dehumidifier that requires emptying 2 times a day… not sure if anyone is doing that when the bungalow sits empty for a time. The house was in the perfect spot and if I ever stay in AMI in the future I will definitely consider staying here again.

The only problem we had was locating where to park our car. We didn’t realize that we had to walk through the other property to get to ours. Other than that, everything was great!

The property was great! We came down for our honeymoons and had was staying somewhere else but due to hurricane and power we moved locations! The property company was very accommodating due to everything going on!

My partner and I loved this little bungalow and the neighborhood where it's located near the tip of Anna Maria Island. Wonderful cozy cottage, great restaurants and shops nearby, the City Pier and a gorgeous beach all within a short walk. We will definitely come back again!

We loved the Naute 2 Shabby home! It had everything we needed and was 1 minute away from a general store that had anything missing. I would highly recommend this property! It was fantastic!

This little gem was pristine. One of the cleanest Places I have rented and I only stay at 5 star rentals. Located in a very safe neighborhood on a beautiful island and literally steps away from everything in town. The bungalow had everything needed, including beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag. Very comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked great. The only complaint was that communication with the rental company was poor. I still have messages sent thru VRBO that were never answered. A suggestion would be to phone the real estate company handling the rental directly .

This bungalow was perfect for a two person trip. It was located right in the middle of Pine Ave (two doors down from the General Store, which is super convenient). But because it is off the road, it wasn’t loud at all. It was exactly as described in the listing. Very convenient to the bay side and to the gulf and a little over a mile hike to Bean Point. I didn’t have any reason to have to call for problems but check in couldn’t have been easier and was three hours before we expected it to be-which is very convenient

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend a few days in Anna Maria Island! The house was very clean and well kept upon arrival. It had all the basics (linens, beach towels, etc) in addition to beach chairs, floats, umbrellas, and bikes that we were able to use which made traveling so much easier! The location was perfect; we did not have a car and easily walked and biked everywhere! Also while being close to everything the bungalow is very private, with a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to be able to go back!

We had a great time on a weekend getaway! Bungalow was absolutely adorable. Everything we needed and so many little extra touches. Perfect location.

Loved the place, didn't like all the extra fees, in future will probably stay at a hotel. Linen fee, really?

The Naut To Shabby bungalow is a gem and just what the doctor ordered. Every little nook and cranny is very charming. I look forward to returning.

This cottage is adorable and so comfortable! The unit is clean, quiet, and the wall ac units work very well. The beds are a little on the harder side but we didn’t have any back issues. The bikes and kayaks were in fair condition but were very enjoyable! We took the kayak out for a few hours and enjoyed seeing a manatee feeding on sea grass and beautiful black skimmers along the beach. The shed has good appliances and plenty of inflatables, wheel carts, umbrellas, life vests, etc. for water fun! The patio area is also nice, has two lounge tables and a ping pong table. Although the table was also in fair condition, the unit had plenty of paddles and new balls to host quite a few ping pong games. By far the best feature of the unit is the location to shops, a variety of dining locations, and the beach!! Water quality is always great when we visit Anna Maria, and this house has everything to enjoy this beautiful beach area, nature, and its surrounding establishments!

Had a lovely long weekend stay with the family and the bungalow served us well. It was probably a little on the tight side for a family of 4 (with 2 boys age 11, 14) but considering it was quite last minute, it was fine for 3 nights. The sofa bed, when out, takes up most of the living room so you only want it out at the last minute for sleeping. Other than that it’s exceptionally equipped and comfortable. Location was pretty perfect for beach and bayside, although we did have to drive to the beach with all our beach gear and parking is a bit of a challenge closer to the beach. The bungalow came with bikes, a canoe and endless beach gear which was a bonus and it has all the necessary amenities including a big BBQ grill outside. It would have been nice if the backyard had been swept of leaves and the ping pong table cleaned up, and I’d suggest a lick of pain here and there, as it all looked a bit disheveled upon arrival and would make the backyard look so much better! Other than that, I’d highly recommend this little gem of a place.
