Staff were very helpful, good amenities, laundry facility in the building :)

Well set up. Clean. Check in was very smooth and person at check in was very courteous and informative.

No lift. If traveling with heavy luggage, carrying it 3 flights of stairs is a bit much. But otherwise it is great overall.

Although we were not staying too much in the apartment during daytime, it would have been perfect to have air conditioning, too. (The weather was extremely hot)

It was located near the train station and easy walking distance to the lakefront. The property was clean.

The rooms are terribly small, the photos providing leaving the impression that the space would be comfortable for several people. Instead, we were forced to move around furniture to open the bed from the wall, and hang about the room for lack of places to sit. There was no aircon, which would be fine when the weather isn’t unseasonably hot as it was on our stay, which meant the property left solitary fans. These were not adequate to cool the room though, admittedly, we did not request additional fans that might have been available. There is no laundry and no place even remotely nearby where laundry could be done. The apartment is situated near some sort of night spots so, with the windows open as there was no aircon, the noise from the street and party revellers nearby was loud, even until 5:30AM. Ridiculously loud. And this from a county where apparently it is illegal to make noise after 11PM. Completely unviable sleeping arrangements between the heat and the noise.

Very clean, nice kitchen, good location. Nice bathroom.

This was advertised as two rooms, with one bed and one sofa bed. We assumed this meant there would be a bedroom and then a sofa bed in the living room but it turned out that it was a single living room which contained a pull down bed and a sofa bed meaning the room was cramped and we had no personal space. This should not have come up in our booking.com search for 2 rooms for 4 adults. There is no way this was suitable for 4 adults. Also the email we received with a link to Google maps actually took us to the offices rather than the appartment itself which increased our walk with suitcases

Apartment was great, just a little too warm for our liking; perhaps the change of season. Host was super nice when we had trouble checking into the apartment.

Perhaps to emphasis on the no elevator in the apartment as the apartment we booked for top floor and we had to carry the luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

noisy area and the studio definitely needs a fan of some kind in summer. it was uncomfortable to sleep in the apartment. Plus, I think it is more for 2 people than 4.

staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. it’s also possible to get the room key on your phone which helps safe time and just makes it easy.
