Location was fantastic! The house wasn’t in the best shape. The door to garage fell off the hinges and the door to master bedroom was just about to fall off hinges. There was no outside grill to cook on. Other than those issues which I’m sure will be fixed, it was a pretty good experience.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was amazing. The house was nice and very clean. Everything we needed was there. The host was communicative and checked in on us a couple times! We would definitely stay again!

The property manager was very accommodating to our needs. It was great that there was plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood.
I have it 4 stars in neighborhood bc there is a new building construction right next to the house .

The location of the house was exactly as advertised- just a couple minutes walk to beach. That was our favorite part but this house had so much else to offer as well. We were pleased with the layout which seemed bigger than the pictures showed, the bathrooms were modern and clean and we appreciated the modern appliances like the coffee pot and washer and dryer. Host was great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was so awesome! The location to the beach was unbeatable. The home had everything we needed to make it feel like home. It was such a nice retreat from the heat. Can’t wait to book it again.

Had my daughter from Australia visiting and so we went to St Pete to visit my son who's at college. Liked the fact that everything went like clockwork. Responsive host, house as advertised and nice and clean. Even my fussy wife was impressed :-)

We loved this home, very clean and spacious! Location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and close to beach access. My only suggestion would be to add a mirror to the third bedroom with the twin beds.
The property manager was quick to respond and the house was well stocked with toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry soap. Great place to stay for families or groups!

Love the location! The house is a different story, house very old. Every rooms bed(s) is horrible. All the mattress is so old and uncomfortable. The sofa bed doesn’t have any padding, you will be sleeping on springs. Everything thing in the house is sooo old.

What a treasure this house is! It is so comfortable and has everything we need. And close to everything. We happened to be there for the Wednesday Farmers market where we had a good lunch. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.We walked the short block to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. They were so accommodating to allow us to drop our luggage early and let us use beach towels before we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the house spotless.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had 3-4 people with us on our trip, and this was the perfect size home. However, you can sleep 6-7 comfortably in beds. This house was in a great location. The home was one block from the beach (5 min. Walk), and in walking distance of several great restaurants. We flew down, so we didn’t have a car and didn’t necessarily feel like ubering everywhere. So, having the home in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars was absolutely perfect for us.
Lastly, we very much appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the fact that it was nicely stocked with coffee, filters, detergent pods, towels, blankets, a working ice maker, fridge filter drinking water, beach chairs, a cooler, and streaming services for watching movies and/tv.
The host was extraordinary, available, and responsive. We were beyond pleased, and we would HIGHLY recommend this property!

We had the beach pretty much to ourselves and the sunset is amazing there! Also, at dinner at Mad Beach Fish House and Costal Taco and highly recommend it. Karen was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for our family. Will definitely recommend and return.
