This was our first time in Turkey. Kalkan was a lovely small town with amazing restaurants and views. The accommodation was fantastic and better than the photos. Bridget was amazing and always there to help. The accommodation had everything you needed for you holiday. It was very clean and tidy and the views were great. You can see for miles from the bedroom balcony and the roof terrace. The walk to town takes 15min and a taxi back was £3.00. Well worth it as it’s a steep walk back. I can’t fault this villa. We are just back from a 2 week stay at Villa Aydan and had an absolutely brilliant time. Kalkan itself is beautiful but the villa just topped it off for us. Having 3 children ages 3, 9 and 17 can be quite hard to find ideal accommodation and space on holiday that suits all, however the spaciousness and layout of Villa Aydan meant we all had plenty of time to ourselves when need be. Bridget the property manager had great communication and was easy to get a hold of. The welcome pack left in the villa is full of information from how to operate the washing machine to local taxis/restaurants etc. We found this so helpful. Location wise Villa Aydan is more up in the hills, the views are stunning but it does mean it can be a bit more difficult walking back up to the villa (especially with a pram) so it was much easier for us to get taxis when travelling back. We had a fabulous stay and can't wait to return in the future.

Very peaceful location, interior modern and very comfortable. It felt like ‘home from home’ as we had everything we needed for our stay. Walked down to town every evening, took about 25 mins to be in the heart of town, cabbed back. Various ages in our group and we have all enjoyed Villa Aydan and said that we would return again. We had a couple of minor issues but they were dealt with quickly. Thanks Bridget

We had a wonderful time in the villa. Bridget was great, communications were easy and prompt. Villa was spotless. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with the gorgeous views.

Communication with the host prior to our holiday was excellent. Any questions were dealt with promptly. Prior to our holiday a very detailed handbook detailing the property and surrounding area was sent to us giving us lots of useful information. The Villa was accurately presented as listed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were a family of 6 adults and it provided ample space for all of us. The outside space and pool are lovely providing all day sunshine, great pool and comfortable furniture. The town is about a 15 minute downhill walk, however the walk back uphill to the villa is not for the faint hearted! There are some VERY steep hills, however this was not an issue as taxi's are very reasonable from the town at 70tl per trip. We had a couple of drivers on speed dial! Overall a great villa and we had the best time there.

Had an amazing stay at this property. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well looked after, with great amenities. Views from the property are stunning, with three outside areas (by pool, bedroom balcony, roof terrace). Property is up some very steep hills, so prepare for leg workouts, or taxis - but essential to get such lovely views from the terraces! Bridget, our contact, was amazing, and helped with many small things during the stay. Highly recommended!
