The static was comfortable and clean, the accessibility and instruction for key location, heating etc where very good, it suited our needs very well.
Would liked to have had pods of milk to make a cuppa in morning

Clean and tidy the client was very helpful even at a late time of check in through message
No towels and cold untill boiler was on after half hour wouldn’t of been a problem but had baby with us

location to the amenities was brilliant. The Bashley site was very good. great facilities for the children.
This is only a minor point, which I’m sure has been raised before. Wi-Fi is terrible, which is made worse within the Caravan due to all the metal.
This then compounds the Apps on the smart Tv like Netflix, which the kids were unable to watch. As I say only a minor point as we were out most of the day, but it would have been nice for the kids to relax when we got back to the caravan in the evening.

Great location on the park and very comfortable. communication with the owner was excellent and we will definitely return.

Location was beautiful, very quiet and picturesque. The caravan was immaculate and decorated with a homely feel.
Some milk sachets in the caravan would be welcome as the on site shop closes early 6pm latest. We arrived after the shop had shut and all the local shops/garages had closed too.

The accommodation was lovely, modern, but comfortable, we loved it all.

The accommodation was excellent, close to all amenities clean and spacious. Entertainment was very good staff were excellent and swimming was great.

Lovely property and park in a beautiful setting. Perfect base for getting around the New Forest and plenty to do on site.
Caravan was clean and cosy, would love to return in the summer and make the most of the outside decking and table. Great time had, wished we had booked longer!

Nice, quiet, lovely place. Warm and comfortable. Allocated in interested area.
We were here only 2 nights but I sint think there is something we didn't like. Only Weather but for January wasn't really bad

Very clean and homely, great location and site to be on. Good communication between host and myself.
Nothing not to like. Could do with a radio and maybe some WD40 on the doors but was a great stay.
