The online photos do not do justice, this place was immaculate.. pool cool, but doable, kitchen all new appliances, the HVAC was top notch .. spacious u could never get this with even 2 hotel rooms. The area is very quiet.. out of the way, but close to all tge places we wanted to go.

We stayed 3 months. Communication with owner was stellar. If we had an issue, she was right on it. Neighborhood is quiet. Everything you need is within 10 minutes.

Drove to Spring Hill from NC to visit with my husbands 99 year old mom who is in an extended care facility in Brooksville. This rental fit the bill. Our host was gracious in accepting a last minute add-on (husbands brother) and let us stay with our big dog who didn't fit the 20 lb dog category... I had missed the details of dog size on the listing.
The rental was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bedding adequate. The pool looked inviting, but we didn't indulge as the temperature outside was a little cool for us. We made a nice Christmas dinner and found the kitchen tools, pots & pans, and dishes were just right for us.
This rental is very close to everything you need. Grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is a little old and tired, but the neighbors that we ran into when walking our dog were very friendly.
Best of all was the price for what you get, and there was no long list of things you had to do before departing. This last detail made it easy to get out the door and on the road for our drive back home.
We will rent again and have passed on this rental info to other relatives that come here to visit mom.

A great home that was perfect for visiting our kids and grandson. The pool area was very nice for a day in the sun and great open concept inside for gathering. Master suite was spacious and comfortable. A lovely upgraded home, we would definitely return

First day was nice after that property became apparent that it needed upgrades and wasnt being taken care of properly. No pool guy came to clean and we was there 5 days, heating and air went out on Saturday and temps was in the 90s, then Sunday night the toilets over flooded and a plumber had to come do a clean out on the toliets and pipe lines. Inwhich he removed various debris incudung shopping bags and cleaning rags. He was there until almost 2 am. Monday I had to clean the house again after my fiance and I had to clean sunday night for like 2 hours where the toilets flooded there was feces water everywhere. Was promised a partial refund from my stay but still have not received anything. And was also only promised a refund for one day even though 2 days was clearly a was, and the other 3 was just okay.

The home was just as described, very clean & pleasant! Bedrooms & baths on separate ends of home for privacy if sharing with friends. Owner was very helpful and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had, Payne was a wonderful Host! Was able to visit with family that lived nearby. Many restaurants and businesses very close to the home.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 4 days. Correspondence with the owner was easy and Mitzi replied very quickly. The house was everything and more then we expected. The pool was very helpful, as daily temperatures were in the 90's. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area and I know my wife and I will stay here again in the future!!

The house is lovely, with a "split plan", giving each of us our own wing of the house.
The pool is pretty but we didn't use it.
Thr only downside to this home is TV reception. It has digital antennas. Very spotty or no CBS or PBS...sometimes no reception at all on any channel.

It was cold so we couldn’t swim which was unfortunate. Overall the town has a lot of good restaurants. The golf course was not great but we played. Owner of golf course needs to put some money in that.

The property is close to all kinds of shopping. The owner was easy to work with and always replied to us very quickly. The backyard was very private. Lots of windows facing out towards the pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was too cool in Nov for retired folk to swim. We bought a hair dryer and crackers for stone crab but found everything else we needed. Grill was nice. Appreciated responses from owner when info was requested. Manager had set up tree for the holiday.

We stayed at this property for three weeks while we were waiting to close on our house. It was absolutely perfect! The owner is amazing and very responsive to messages. The house was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool area as well.

It was a really nice place.the owner was really nice and helpful.I would say the only thing I found wrong was the dirty bed ,toilet and the mold on the ceiling in main rm.but there was a washer so we cleaned it.not a problem.if I ever needed a place to stay.I wouldn’t hesitate.it was a really nice place to stay and owner was very helpful and nice.

Quiet Neighborhood
Not a walkable area but close to kayaking and restaurants...we especially loved Upper Deck. Spent most of our time in the pool area...very relaxing.

Rooms were big, house was a good size, plenty of room. Very nice location, pool was very private. Neighbors were very nice!!! Plenty of room in the trash dumpster. Overall one of the best places I have ever stayed. The owner is very nice and went out of their way for us.
