Le plateau d'accueil inexistant, hors je me lève tjrs très tôt et un café avant 5h du matin je n'ai pu le prendre tranquille dans mon lit . Dommage.

Good hotel not far from Nantes airport (some 5 minutes by car). Rooms are clean and comfortable, wifi efficient, very good for a business stay.

The hotel was close to Nantes Airport. Staff were very helpful, polite approachable, especially Chloe who was brilliant. Couldn't have found the hotel without her help. She went above and beyond.Nothing was too much bother. Her English language was also very good. The other staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast looked good but we had to leave the hotel to pick up a friend so not enough time. However, we did have coffee and the breakfast looked good.

We could not find the hotel with the address from Booking.com . The address we entered into the GPS took us to a street 12 miles away from our hotel !!!!! Phoned hotel and Chloe told us the number of the street the hotel could be found. Luckily my friend had installed Waze on my mobile phone as Chloe suggested i put in the full address of the hotel which we did and arrived with no problems.

The decor is pleasant, the hotel looks new so everything is in good condition, the staff were pleasant and helpful and especially the lady at reception when we arrived, she was very friendly and helpful.

The location was a little isolated. Initially we thought it was industrial (it was dark when we arrived) but next morning we could see there was alot of building works in the area. We would have liked a kettle in our room

Very comfortable hotel, close to the airport, the location is great especially if you arrive late night or if you have an early flight.

Antione on reception was really great and went over and beyond to solve an issue with the booking (and a last minute need for a family room) that I believe was out of his control and ours. Anyway he found a solution and we were very grateful. Thanks Antione- we will recommend this hotel and hope to return at some stage. Regards Paul
