First of all, this room can’t be defined as lux, it’s the simplest room on the second floor, which was prepared for 2 people, although we made a reservation for 3. There was a bad smell in the room and the smell of severage in the bathroom. The couch isn’t comfortable for sleeping, bed sheets and towel had dirty spots. Kitchen isn’t equipped, no kitchenware, no drier for wet clothes. The breakfast was poor, omelette with 1 egg per person and a piece of cucumber and tomato. Absolutely not worth it. I can say that staff was polite and friendly, and they provided all the guidance. Also the pool has a beautiful view and it was nice to swim there, although it wasn’t perfectly clean. Generally, not ready to recommend it.

Room was very nice, like and a swimming pool with a beautiful view on see and town. People are very caind and they always wanted to help as, was that information or calling taxi, simply you culd feel and see that they want to help you in every way.

Staff was very kind and happy to help with things we needed throughout our stay. We had one friend need some emergency first aid, and a staff ran to the pharmacy to get us the things we needed!

In the first room was dirty floor from the beginning, sand on a shower floor, sofa with some trash pieces and dirty fridge. In the room was a kitchen with a minimal amount of plates, glasses etc, but no trash can(only extra small one in a toilet). Before we asked for it hotel staff - there were no slippers and hangers for wardrobes at all. We also revealed problem - asked to solve the problem with balcony door (it was impossible to close the door with a key, because a part of the previous broken key was inside the locker of this door), we wanted to close it normally because we had some valuable things in a room and wanted the opportunity to leave it safely. It wasn’t solved till we repeated this 3 times. After this we asked to change our room. It was also a long process, room was changed, everything became much better. Cleanliness was better as well. Only glasses in the kitchen were completely dirty, again no trash can in a room, and with every cleaning guys were completely ignoring dirty dishes in a sink, as well as cleaning kitchen surfaces. For us cleanliness is the critical point. Thanks, that bedsheets and towels were completely alright. After situation with room changing attitude of hotel staff changed completely. They literally ignored almost all greetings, were looking not pleased seeing our faces. Only closer to end of our stay it became a bit better (we were there for one week). Cleaning guys and guys who were serving breakfasts were nice with their attitude, btw.

First of all, hotel staff is very friendly and trying their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Room was pretty good, it has everything you need to stay and feel comfortable, even if you're not planning on leaving it during all your stay. The breakfast was tasty, even though there's only one variation of it In 2 minutes of walking you can get on the bus that takes you directly to the city center, and in 5 minutes of walking you can get to the beach (which wasn't really handful during my winter stay, but still pretty nice)

One of the not many things that were not to my liking was a TV, 99% of the channels are in Turkish and there were no option for browsing the internet. But it's not a very big problem if you're not staying in the room 24/7

The location was nice, enough of the way out of the centre so that you escaped the noise, but close enough it only cost a little to taxi to centrum and was walkable to the beach. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with enough facilities.

The shower in the room was broken, when you turned it on the water shot out of the bottom where it fixed together. The curtains did not completely cover the window therefore light came streaming in when the sun came up.

The staff were extremely helpful so lovely and welcoming every day! No matter what was needed they were straight on it, called taxis without hesitation and always so lovely!

The WiFi only worked in the bedroom, the rooms are small but it was grand!

The swimming pool on the roof and beautiful views from the top floor and from apartments balcony. I would stay at Silver Tower again if I would go to Kusadasi

I has been allocated to the cheapest and smallest room but after my complain staff provided the room I have paid for. Room service provided if you just ask for it on reception.

be prepared to get overcharged and be bothered at night by the manager to see if you have payed them enough money communication between staff is 0 they don't know what's going on the only staff on point was the noght shoft receptionist breakfast was very basic but we were okay with it the rooftop swimming pool is amazing but dirty toilets were stained the bedsheets were not changed and there were no pillowcases on the pillows just wrapped with bedsheets the floor was dirty as we had to wear our slippers at all times no drying rack for clothes no bathroom mats one air conditioner for two room apartment which made it hot when not breezy outside there were not enough towels as I had to ask reception and they promptly provided me with some. no hand towels no cleaning service for four days

the view was perfect

pictures are much different than reality. the room wasn’t clean enough there is no air conditioning in the rooms I didn’t feel comfortable at all and first of all my reservation was a sea view room but they told me it’s not the same as booking the staff was helpful they changed the room for us it was fair but I will never try the same again 🙃

Very responsive staff. At our request, we were provided with an early breakfast. The worker even went to the grocery store.

In room 101 they forgot to install a TV and a kettle. There are no sockets near the beds. In addition, we could not catch wi-fi. We understand that this is an apartment, not a hotel, but still...

I did not regret the choice made for a second. The information and pictures after Booking exactly reflected the reality. The residence is located 5-10 minutes from the beach, the apartment we rented was very spacious, well ventilated, bright. It didn't disappoint us at all. The strongest asset is the kindness of the staff, the availability of which is evidence, from the lowest hierarchical employee to the owner. A very, very good price/quality ratio. We thank everyone at Silver Tower Residence for the way they treated us.

There are few negative things, one would be the breakfast, invariably the same and very limited, little diversified. I ate as many eggs in seven days as I haven't eaten in two months. The second negative thing would be the fact that the towels and bedding were not changed in seven days. Another unpleasant thing are the cats, far too many on the terrace where breakfast is served, they would simply jump on your plate. There would still be something very unpleasant, but which really does not concern the staff of the residence. It is about the mosque that is 20 meters from the residence. Every morning around 5 o'clock the service at the mosque began and was broadcast outside through very loud loudspeakers. Of course, it's a matter of religion and tradition that I don't want to discuss, but waking up every morning at 5 o'clock is not a pleasure, especially when you're on vacation.
