Very nice hotel, 4 pools, beach acces, great food. Front desk staff was nice and helpfull.

Hotel is for adults only, but everybody has acces to the beach and can rent a sunbed, meaning even dough you booked adults only hotel, you can still end up with a screaming child next to you on the beach. The rooms are not soud proof and it was very loud at night, sometimes until 2 am. Beach staff was very unpleasant to us (only one young man was nice). Non all inclusive guests were approached by the staff and asked what they want to drink, but they were clearly annoyed every time when we wanted to order something. We've tried to be nice and friendly , they kept beying unpleassnt. Tipping didn't help either. We were not alowed to get ourselfs drinks from the bar, and we were told to order from the beach waiters, who ignored us the whole time. We've felt really bad, like we are less worth or something and like we're begging for something that we've paid. That has pretty much ruined the whole experience and that is the main reason that we don't recomend this hotel.

We zaten op nog geen 30 seconde loop afstand van het strand, het eten was echt heel lekker! En er was altijd plek op de lig bedjes aan het strand.

Je hebt verschillende gebouwen, wij hadden geluk dat we in één van de gebouwen aan het strand zaten maar het kan ook dat je terecht komt in een gebouw aan de andere kant van de weg. Verder roken de handdoeken niet fris.

Great stay at Cook's Club Alanya. It was still low season, so Hotel was not busy. The hotel is divided on 2 sides of the street and I had a great big room with sea view. Food was also nice, but choices could have been better, but this was probably due to not many guests in low season. I am sure in summer hotel is much busier. They have a nice beach bar as well.

We loved the vibes of the hotel , the location, the beach and the food. Everything was great and we had a lovely relaxing week.

We love music but it was all Techno Music it would be nice if it was a mixture of music all day.

Staff was extremely friendly Facilities were great (pools gym beaches etc) food was very good especially breakfast clean overall concept and layout with many areas to chill or to have fun To explain yes the all inclusive concept doesnt cover everything but theres enough things included in our opinion. Our bathroom was very new! (so no paint over the old tiles like some people said) However there are 4 buildings that this hitel is made up off.

2 beds pushed together it is a bit louder in the evening, but only until like 11:30 then the hotel next door turns off music!
