The location is very good on the high street and close to the bus stop and coffee place, and unfortunately the good ends there. I can't find any other positive thing to say about this hotel. Some of the staff were good but some were just talking to each other or using their mobiles and responded like they were doing the guests a favour, did not like their attitude, this I can't say about all of them, some of the guys were good. Also the rooms and common areas were clean. But not the shower.

1. Mould in the bath/shower room (Can be seen in the Photos I have attached). 2. I was asked to pay additional GBP 30 for two nights for parking my car in the hotel car park. One would expect parking to be provided as a part of the hotel accommodation payment. Oxford is a tourist destination, where people come for holiday in their cars and when booked a room in this hotel, the guests have no other way apart from paying for parking. This was not mentioned any where during my booking. 3. The Room was too small, no place to even walk to the other side of the bed. The displayed photos on Booking were strategically taken not to show the size of the room. I could hear even the slightest of noise when someone was passing in front of the room. (where I specifically asked for a silent room). I did not sleep well. 4. The bed was not even a double, forget King size beds. Very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. 5. No telephone to contact the reception from the room. 6. (Whilst checking out of the hotel) The person at the reception was pushing me to do a positive review online, she was asking my mobile so that she wanted to type in the review for me, on my mobile phone, WEIRD. She was also asking me to mention her name and her colleague's name in the review. When I said I would do it online later, she wrote both their names on a visiting card and gave it to me so that I can mention their names in the review. I do not want to mention their names. I will not be staying here again.

The night staff were helpful when assisting with the booking online as it was done on the phone at same time, , and in person on arrival. My acquaintance was well looked after.

Making an error on the booking and not being able to put it right straight away, however this was corrected later.

Rooms are tiny with no facilities to make a drink in the morning. Parking charges are very high.

They are trying to use less plastic and reduced their carbon footprint.

There are no facilities, but I expected that. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower had no power.

The location was very convenient. The staff were excellent. Provision was just about adequate. Clean and warm.

Room was too poky- not enough space around the beds. No provision of things to make a hot drink.

Twin room was compact but for one night it was warm and cosy and the beds were really comfy

It was a safe place. The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. The room was clean. The bus stop and markets were very close.

The room was very small there was not even room to walk in the room if you have 2 big backpacks we were literally jumping over our bags. I was expecting to be able to walk to the city center but we needed a bus everytime not a big problem but we did need to pay extra.

Location, price, cleanliness, brightness(good sized window), convenience, friendly staff- all good, parking.

No openable window, disappointing outlook, very small amount of space; hard to control temperature; expensive parking.

The location was in town in a populated place and that was good

I was told my room cannot be cleaned the following morning cause, I haven't started up to 5 days. If I need a towel i need to come downstairs to get one. No telephone to call reception or all any other service

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, modern and tidy. The room was clean and warm and the shower was hot. Close to a local pub where I could eat a decent meal and there is a nice cafe nearby. Close to busy bus route for services to Oxford, Oxford Parkway Station and nearby towns and villages.

The room was very small with no table or even a chair and just two hooks to hang things. I needed to join a Zoom call and had to do it lying on the bed because there was nowhere to sit. The vending machine had only one thing on sale.Only 2 lifts for around 180 rooms isn't enough at busy times (not a problem on my trip as the hotel was far from full) and doesn't allow for lift breakdowns.

I usually stay at easyHotel when I come to Oxford. It’s very nice here - clean and convenient. Bus stops outside can get you to the city centre. There are plenty of shops nearby to get food and drinks. Staff are super friendly as well - I’ve met Bruce and Josh they are both very polite and professional.

Two towels if there are two people staying. That would be the only complaint as it is a hotel that says what it does on the tin!

Location was good and, as we had a car, appreciated the free parking. Breakfast at the Crepeaffaire next door was delicious.

The room was a little small as we were travelling with two large suitcases and two carry-ons.

The booking process, check-in and check-out was straight forward. Staffs were wonderful! The hotel was at a strategic location for us, somewhere outside the city center with a convenient route to the city via buses, taxi, or just on foot. The place is very clean and has enough space for the two of us. There's many shops (bookstore, cafes, and supermarket) nearby. I also like that we can store our luggage before check-in time. Diana and Josh were lovely, helpful, friendly and all their instructions were clear. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back.

Very small rooms. you can't move inside he room especially if you have baggage! 15 pounds for parking! No hair dryer in the room.

Excellent and friendly staff. Great value of money even when booking at very short notice. They went the extra mile to accommodate any requests I had. The room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable. Strongly recommended!
