Staff were responsive to our requests for additional foldable mattresses, pillows, and blankets. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and promptly provided.

We were only given one key; two keys may be more convenient for sharing among guests as the key is needed to access the residents' lift and condo facilities (gym, pool). Would be great if a clothes hanging rack could be provided at the balcony. Furniture and bedding in good condition but facilities and room fittings (kitchen sink, cabinets) were rather dated.

The Wi-Fi / TV box/ interior is nice and good

This no actual Studio apartment of 42m sq as you advertise. It a kitchen converted to a room which is shared with the actual main apartment separated by a double door and noisy neighbors. This is considered false advertising.
