Very loud music at night club at the roof of the hotel

Clean rooms, very nice staff, very good food and beverages.

Great room, ideal to spend few days with partner. Pool where you can order drinks, not overcrowded. Gym(free), spa, restaurant are great. clean, sandy beach. And no kids of course

beach is not very comfortable for sea access, rocky bottom, there are stairs from pierce though

Location to the sea, facility design, coziness! The room was amazing! Very friendly and helpful stuff, delicious breakfast! Lovely music at the pool and calm at the beach at the same time if you want more privacy.

Nothing, it was a great stay!

The interior, pool, restaurants and the whole resort was amazing. We barely left the hotel area as it was the most beautiful in Alanya. The beach club and the origin restaurant, privee bar, day one spa were all amazing. Their staff was excellent. We had 5 massages in 5 days and was totally worth it to book for them and enjoyed the spa area very much. Gym is amazing, we usually work out a lot it was great to see they had all the accessories for different types of workouts. The breakfast was delicious and the staff too. We had dinners 6 nights in Origin and Day One Beach Club as it was so good we didn’t want to leave anywhere else. We had a nice experience and would recommend this place to friends and families.

The rooms are not soundproof and when someone is walking in front of your door after the parties in the middle of the night, it can be pretty loud and annoying. The reception ladies are not the nicest, they were on their phone. When we asked for help with bubble wrap for our things, we waited 2 hours and asked 3 times but at the end, they did not help. Same with the airport transfer, we booked on our way back a day prior to make sure we’ll be at the airport in time. Booked it for 11:30, Waited 50 minutes and we asked the money back so we can take a regular cab.

Absolutely fantastic place! Very quiet, super clean and service from the staff is at immensely high level. Rooms are fairly big, filled in with proper drinks/snacks every day and have a great view to the sea. Also the adult-only policy is great! Lots of security gives nice feeling of being safe and comfortable. See you next year! :)

Beautiful, modern hotel with an amazing pool, a private beach & pier. Lovely breakfast, food options & cocktails. It is within close proximity to restaurants, shops and beaches..I spent most of my days in the pool. Fantastic service.

Where do I start …. In short : worst experience of my life . If you do enjoy spending hottest hours during summer from 11 am to 7 pm (45 degrees Celsius) wandering on a streets of Alanya and getting a heat stroke cause you cannot use your own room you paid for -this place is for you . If you enjoy extremely loud music which causes you to have migraines 24/7 - this place is for u. If you enjoy watching gold diggers looking for sugar daddy right in front of your windows and lots of hook ups -you will enjoy . And my favorite : if you want to engage and contribute to illegal activity -you will enjoy . Manager was hiding and running from us for 3 days when booking approved us to move out for refund . We never found the manager even though we were camping at the reception . When we moved out 1 week before our initial date -at reception the declined to document the day of a check out and kept printing receipt with initial check out date which was week ahead . I had to record it as a video proof for booking and my bank .

1. Air condition is very bad and mostly not working even when we spoke to the manager and he came and checked it by himself told me sorry I can’t do anything for you and offer me a fan!! Though I took the deluxe room with private swimming pool not the normal room and nothing was done so the stay was unbelievable discomfort. 2. workers by the swimming pool not respectful not polite and they need to be more professional when dealing with customers.

The view was absolutely stunning & the hotel was in a great location (right on the beach) with its own restaurant & a beach club bar (that had really nice ice cream). We also really appreciated the daily cleaning service. We had a car which made it easy to travel but there are many food places within a 5-20 min walk. Our room had direct access to the pool which we made the most off :) We booked water activities and a bike ride with Tyson from Tyson tours travel who had decent prices (better than what you get when booking directly from the beach). So, if you are looking for a place thats extremely close to the beach with breathtaking views, i would highly recommend!!

Potential downsides: The floor took a while to dry when it got wet (from the pool or after a shower). Also, the sun umbrellas may slight obstruct the ocean view (not a lot though). Lastly, my door was left slightly open when i getting a massage so if you want privacy you might have to tell your masseuse to close the door!

Very nice property and very clean! the vibe at the pool is definitely more on the party side but the beach is more relaxed. the rooms are modern and clean. The staff is nice and the overall experience was amazing. Aprox 40 minutes walk to the city but taxi right next to hotel so very convenient. I would go back!

If I need to start from beginning to finish everything was amazing...💜 all staff was so lovely. Derya, Levent, Kazim, and Hasan know how to treat you very well. Even you can feel more comfy ladies because they already thought of us that there was a hair straightener in the room. Breakfast buffet everything was fresh and so many choices that you can have a lovely breakfast. if you would like to taste raki which is a Turkish alcoholic drink they are providing Turkish mezze as well. They were so tasty as well. There are so many things that our holiday went amazing because of all people who are working in the hotel. They made everything special for us. Half of the hotel is a building site. Next to the suite is a nightclub. At the weekends people come and go until after 2am. The music will play extraordinarily loudly until after 1am. Booking.com / this hotel are lying by claiming the rooms are soundproof. If you are booking a room to relax or sleep before 1am - look else where. If you don't mind staying up late, the building site half of the hotel will wake you up by 8:30, I complained about the noise on the 2nd night, the manager (Erkan) offered a refund. I agreed to this. It's hard to believe anyone could be happy paying over £200 for a suite & have it next to a night club. Customer for the club enter through the same staircase to the rooms, there are no carpets & you will hear the high heels whacking off the solid concrete ground, you will hear people, the outside space you paid for cannot be enjoyed. Back to Erkan, he moved my room for the final night, by not being in the suite next to the club , we could at least sleep once the music stopped. As he moved my room he told me to contact booking.com for a refund. THey phoned him within the hour & he denied this, he said that he had moved us & that was the end of it for him. He didn't care that he had extremely unhappy guests. I stupidly chose note to confront this on the day as enough of my very expensive day had been ruined, I stupidly trusted booking.com to support me with this outrageously overpriced hotel. They have not, 3 hours + on customer service to booking.com got me a very slight refund, way short of 1 night which I think would be fair given the experience. Booking.com got paid in full for my 3 nights and they are still mentioning that the rooms are sound proof. On top of all this, there are 3 suites. One of them is smaller than the others, it is the one next to the club. It does not contain a bath that is shown in the pictures.

the most contradictory impression from the hotel I’ve I ever had. the hotel itself is amazing, style, design, rooms, sweeping pool and restaurant area.

service is very sad. looks like there is a “no” conception, whatever you ask the fist answer is now. they also first put you to the room in front of construction where noise and dirtiness. constructional the time. beach is very dirty. cockroaches in the room and non working door in the bathroom was the last.

the beach was not clean at all and hard access also there was no hot water in the first night as we could not take shower and they fixed it second day because it was raining a lot and there was a lot of renovation but everything else was good

The location is simply the best in Alanya, your room is right on the beach. Falling asleep under the sound of the sea is priceless. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Very good breakfast. A 10/10 hotel for its price.

Staff was very polite, kind, professional and helped always and everywhere. Special thanks to all receiption team and security personnel. The work done by housekeeping was also perfect.

There were sometimes small inconveniences due to ongoing rennovation as hotel was getting prepared for high season. The small inconveniences were not a big deal and were taken care quickly by the staff.
