The apartment was large, beautifully furnished and decorated and was a lovely start to our holiday - beds were super comfy

Das Gebäude mit dem Appartement liegt zentral, gleich beim . grossen Viadukt.
Unser Appartement lag im 2. Stock, jedoch ohne Lift, so dass wir das ganze Gepäck die Treppe hochtragen mussten. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit Sitzgruppe und grossem Esstisch, Küchenzeile mit Herd, Backofen und Geschirrspüler. In einem sep. Raum befindet sich die Waschmaschine und der Tumbler. Schlafzimmer mit grossem, bequemem Bett. Gut isolierte Fenster, man hört bei geschlossenem Fenster wenig vom Strassenlärm. Bad mit sep. WC. Bad ist recht gross mit Dusche.
Parkplätze nur gegen Bezahlung auf dem grossen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Es hat einige Gratis-Parkplätze beim Haus, sind aber immer besetzt. Grosser Gratisparkplatz ca. 800 m vom Haus entfernt. Aber etwas abseits, weiss nicht, wie es da mit der Sicherheit aussieht. Es hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe des Hauses. Am Samstag Markt auf einem Teil der Parkplätze.
Ein Lift wäre angenehm, wenn man Gepäck hat

There could have been more communication regarding accessing the apartment. For example when we would be told the access code and which apartment we were in.

The facilities provided (including a coffee machine with capsules)enabled us to make our own breakfast. The flat is very spacious and we would have liked to have stayed for longer.
The position of the flat, in the centre of Morlaix, is perfect, as is the outstanding view of the viaduc!
We could not have asked for more.

Loved my stay in Duc de Bretagne. Everything is perfect. The loft is equipped with everything you needed. The space, furniture, decoration, location, welcome, comfort, WIFI….A very good restaurant Le Viaduc is just next door. Definitely one of the best among all Booking and Airbnb I booked.

The apartment was beautiful and really gave me the sense of living in France. It was in the best location…right in the middle of everything. It was huge, comfortable, and so well equipped…great TV, WiFi, kitchen.

Amazing apartment, great staff, amazing location, very close to a car park. The rooms are really beautifully arranged, it was really fantastic to stay in such a beautiful flat. The staff was really nice and helpful and our every needs were met. Thank you again for a nice stay.

We were on a camping holiday of 10 days and we chose to have two days break in this apartment half way through. It was a wonderful relief to find something so welcoming and classy. We discovered Morlaix and its viaduct about 30 years ago and had retained the memory of it. It was exceptional
The entrance from the street was a bit ordinary, but once inside the flat, it was like paradise for us!

The pictures do not do the apartment justice,clean and everything we needed owner was very helpful and always a prompt answer when messaged, cannot speak highly enough of this property great central location also.
Maybe a lift would be nice but not really a problem and no parking but some avaliable nearby.

Very comfortable flat with fantastic view of the main square and the viaduct. Comfortable bed, large TV and plenty of communal spaces. Excellent service on arrival and a very helpful lady during the day. Good restaurants close by and a supermarket ten minutes away. We had a great stay!

The room was as pictured in the app. It is very large. The beds are comfortable. Large TV. Fully equipped.
The kitchen is very narrow, and impossible for two people to pass side by side. There is no need for it to be so small, as the room it is in is huge. It is in the middle of the town, and there was a lot of noise from drunks outside through til after 2am. The internet was slow and not available everywhere, as there was no router in the apartment, and we had to share the one downstairs.
