Insgesamt war das Appartement sehr gut aufgebaut und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.

Leider gibt es da einiges. Kleiner Innenhof und alles dadurch sehr dicht. Der Pool ist nur am späten Nachmittag ab ca. 15.30 Uhr bis abends nutzbar. Am Vormittag ist er verschlossen. Sauna auch nur von 16-20 Uhr offen. Dies macht einen Wellnessday erschwerend. Dazu die Hellhörigkeit und der doch sehr durchdringende Schall vom Flur, heißt Wachwerden um ca. 7.30 Uhr wenn die Putzkolonne lautstark anrückt und den Flur beginnt zu reinigen. An schlafen ist da leider nicht mehr zu denken. Dazu das späte Anreisen ab 16 Uhr und zeitiges Abreisen bis 10 Uhr, heißt dann man hat für den stolzen Preis einen Tag gefühlt weniger und dafür nicht die wirkliche Leistung. Freunde von uns waren in einem ähnlichen Apartmenthouse mit wesentlich besseren Dienstleistungen und das zum vergleichbar selben Preis. Nur um eine große Wohnung zu haben sollte man doch noch einmal vor der Buchung genau schauen.

Wybitnie wyposażony (sprzęt najwyższej jakości), nowy, komfortowy obiekt. Fantastyczne sauny i basen. Blisko do wyciągu, sklepów, knajpek. Pan Mamager Tom bardzo sympatyczny człowiek.

Jedyna, drobna rzecz - zamiast piekarnika, bardziej przydałaby się kuchenka mikrofalowa :)

Net zo mooi als op de foto's! Heel nieuw en luxe, zowel het appartement als de wellness en ook de skiruimte. Prima locatie ook tov de skiliften, goed te lopen.

In het begin even onduidelijkheid over welke accomodatie we hadden geboekt, maar is goed opgelost.

Die Wohnung war einfach nur ein Traum. Sehr große Zimmer und der Wohn- Ess- Bereich mit der Küche ist getrennt von den Schlafzimmern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer. Die komplette Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was notwendig ist. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Ebenso der Wellnessbereich ist super. Verschiedene Saunen, ein Außen Pool und ein Ruhebereich. Zu Verfügung steht auch ein Getränkeautomat vor dem Wellnessbereich. Von der Gondel Areit Express sind es zwei Minuten entfernt.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Einfach TOP!!!

De grootte. We hadden veel ruimte en konden uitgebreid koken. Was echt super. Daarnaast reageerde de host super snel op vragen via de booking.com chat wat mega fijn was!

You will be pleasantly suppressed, as we definitely were, how well finished the apartments are, including the inner area with the swimming pool. Everything is very well thought of. The hosts are part of summer card scheme which gives you free entry to most of the Kaprun and Zell am see attractions including cable cars, during the summer time. This made our stay absolutely memorable. We loved it every minute of it and will be for sure returning.

Excellent location, near to bus stop. The pool was brilliant for kids, especially to cool down after a day hiking in the heat. The apartment was excellent - clean, spacious & well equipped. Summer card was invaluable & we were able to travel on cable cars & buses for free.

Apartment overlooked main road so children were woken at night with noise outside, no air con so very warm & reception wasn’t manned a lot of the time which made queries more difficult.

Location, equipment, rooms … these are perfect. Outdoor pool or indoor sauna is perfect. Staff was very helpful and kind, everything was okay. There are two chargers for EV in the parking. Rooms are very nice, clean and well equiped. While comming to Zell am See this place will always be one of my favourite to select. We enoyed it much.

Family apartment in what we stayed was located next to the main road. Because there is no aircondition in rooms and outside was 32 degrees, it was hard to manage sleeping. Closed windows ment hot, opened windows ment noise from passing cars on the street. It was the only trouble in paradise. Everything else was fine for us.

There is a church right next to the apartment, the church ring bell is extremely loud in the morning which might disturb your sleeping . Other than that everything was perfect

Good location, modern and clean apartment, very friendly staff (lady) who provided the key handover and intro. Great benefit is the local traveller card for free use of trolleys and other attractions in the region. In general there is a lot to see in the region.

Our apartment was on the first floor and windows were facing the nearby restaurant terrace. So, from the windows you are watching the restaurant guests and they are watching you. Also, when you go to your balcony, you are just facing the restaurant. Fortunately there are blinds outside, which may hide your windows and protect the privacy but then it is darker. Even the apartment furniture and kitchen appliances are very modern, the microwave oven is seriously missing and also there only few dishes and accessories. E.g. 4 forks & knives, or only 2 big knifes for cutting your food. That should not happen in such price category. Also, I would appreciate garage parking.

The location of the apartment is perfect and close to the main landmarks. We were upgraded to a 2 bedrooms apartment which was a great gesture.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very relaxing with great space and superb bathrooms. It's only a year old but it is so well built and furnished to such a high standard. The Hosts were very helpful. The Balconies were awesome with lovely views. The accommodation was tremendous some of the best catering apartments we have ever stayed in with great spa and pool facilities. The bus stop for both bus and ski bus was just 50 yds walk away and short walk to a main lift. Easy to get to the town and local area has good facilities, supermarkets and restaurants. I am keen to return.

Nothing. We travelled in low season and Breakfast was no longer an option but we were advised of this when booking but the restaurant looks fabulous and I will book earlier next time to enjoy the well reviewed breakfast but the local shops and restaurants are well stocked.

High specification apartments with beautiful decor and superb facilities such as ski lockers. The outside pool and sauna was very welcome after a days skiing. Exceptionally clean in the apartment and all communal areas. Also, the host was very welcoming and helpful.

No bath (shower only in bathrooms). However, the shower was very spacious with a rain forest.
