A very pleasant stay with views to the island of Capri on one side and Mount Vesuvius on the opposite side

Only one pillow per person two each would have been better

clean rooms, good size bed and nice shower .

the location of the property is to far from anything. there is no shop there is no shop near buy, the hotel had a awful atmosphere. teenagers laying about no staff who speak English you are unable to get any drinks or coffee through the day. dinner at night the mean I was all Italian with nobody to translate and the food awful. the pizza in my opinion were undercooked . the pool was chargeable of 20 euros. quite frankly hated my stay there .

The view was breathtaking and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

The whole hotel complex seems to be somewhat run down. The employees were ignorant and unfriendly. The price (EUR145 per room per night) is not worth it.

Comfortable bed and clean.

Noisy, you can hear all noises and voices from other rooms or corridor.

Reception was big and clean and the staff was helpful Simone e claudio. I liked our room it was clean and had a balcony with sea view. I also liked the breakfast ,even the location was nice by the pool area. We enjoyed the prosecco that was provided for our 25th wedding anniversary, with the view of the fireworks of Santa Maria. As we were leaving, they gave their traditional lucky charm.

Water in the bathroom almost didnt run. Breakfasts were terrible, you have to ask even for basic food otherwise you were served crackers with jam and Nutella (forget buffet). And if it gets closer to official end of the breakfast time (10.00) the staff prolongs the delivery so it than can claim it was too late to order. First place in Italy (or ever) where we got a cappuccino in a PLASTIC CUP. You have to pay extra for the pool which is not clear from the booking description. The pool closes quite soon and is pricey as it has only prices for full day so it is not worth it to stay few hours.
