Alloggio che si presenta bene, con sassi a vista, ampio, carino: ma qui finiscono le note positive

Mancanza della lavastoviglie prevista dalla descrizione dei servizi. Alloggio decisamente umido: doveva rimanere acceso un deumidificatore costantemente e che doveva essere svuotato tutti i giorni. Abbiamo dovuto spostare il letto dal muro da cui si staccava della sabbia, probabilmente a causa dell'umidità, che cadeva sul cuscino e sulle lenzuola. In cucina non c'era alcun asciugapiatti; una tovaglia usa e getta, peraltro già usata, che non copriva neppure il tavolo. Bella la doccia: peccato che usciva acqua sul pavimento all'esterno, e non poca, che abbiamo dovuto tamponare con un asciugamano messo a terra. Siamo stati avvisati, e istruiti nel caso, del possibile malfunzionamento della caldaia che non erogava acqua calda e infatti è successo due volte. Devo parlare anche dell'accendigas non funzionante e del malfunzionamento della televisione? Mai più

I had an absolutely charming stay at Porta Romana! The Tuscan village had stunning panoramas that took my breath away, and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood was tranquil, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. However, I encountered a couple of issues, such as the absence of toilet paper, which was a bit inconvenient. Furthermore, the narrow streets made parking a bit challenging. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my time in Porta Romana and cherished the scenic beauty it offered.

Very Spacious. Position is good Free parking space just outside of the Porta Romana (Parking just out of the property is not recommended since it is ZTL) Retrò style interior (could be a Pro but also be a Con) Full kitchen with normal size fridge (for long stay)

Apartment does not offer Wi-fi. Plus in the bedroom it was not possible to navigate. Shower itself is ok but water leaks through the door and get the bathroom floor wet all over. Hairdryer was there but not functioning. TV not functioning. We didn't figure out how to make Kitchen gas functioning. The owner came to bring the key (check-in) no explanation at all regarding the apartment facilities. Bedroom window faces to the street and could be noisy by cars and passersby. Air-conditioning is only in living room (not functioning when we stated) and no AC in the bedroom, we found a fan.

Looked very good on the photos, and was somewhat nice in real life. The owner was also really nice.

It had really stale moldy smell, felt like it hadn’t been aired out for a while. the air condition was very old and leaked. The apartment really had potential to be very nice but sadly our experince of the place wasn’t.

We had a wonderful stay in Castiglion Fiorentino. We loved the apartement. The hosts were really friendly. We had a problem with our bikes and they solved it with us. They drove us to a shop where we could buy a necessary cable. Don‘t miss the pizzeria of them (Gallo Nero)! Very delicious. Thank you so much for everything!
