This 3 story townhome is a beautiful home that is centrally located and features soaring ceilings, an abundance of windows, an open layout, and a large living room to accommodate all your family and friends. Make yourself at home in the spacious living room in front of your roaring gas fireplace, or cuddle up and watch a movie on the 46 inch flat screen TV. The well appointed kitchen is perfect for entertaining with the open floor plan. You will love the smell of the pine board floors adorning the entire living area. Cook all of your meals at home and serve your family of 8 at the dining room table. There is a propane grill on the balcony and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The primary bedroom takes up the entire top floor. It features a queen size bed, walk in closet, and a flat screen TV. The vaulted ceilings are great for letting in the wonderful sunshine through all the windows. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, separate water closet, walk in glass shower, and a soaking tub with a huge window that has mountain views. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. One bedroom features a queen size bed and a private patio entrance to the back side of the town home. The other bedroom features 2 twin beds. The main floor bathroom features granite counters and a shower/tub combination. The downstairs bedroom features a queen size bed. The downstairs bathroom features granite counters and a shower/tub combination. There is a large mud room upon entry, perfect for removing all of your ski gear.
This is the perfect unit for those that want amazing views, lots of space, and a great value. This 3 story townhome is directly behind our Property Manager check in center, and just steps to local shops and restaurants. You can see almost all of the ski slopes from your private balcony and the mountains towards the Continental Divide. This condo is a 580 yard walk to the Peru Express high speed quad, or a short shuttle ride away.

Our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
