Welcome to 1777 Decatur! This unique condo features a spacious layout with over 1,500 square feet of room to enjoy with your friends and family the next time you are in Keystone. The rustic mountain decor brings a special charm to this 2 bedroom located in Lakeside Village. With the dining area, living room, and kitchen in one common area; there is plenty of space to enjoy time together throughout your entire stay. The dining table seats up to 8 people with additional seating in the living room for 4. The living room features a sizeable sectional couch, which pulls out to a sofa sleeper for 2, facing the wood-burning fireplace. Complimentary re-stocks of wood are available via giving Property Manager a call during your stay. Enjoy stainless steel appliances in the kitchen while you cook your favorite meals. Just off of the living space, relax on the large deck with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain ranges and Keystone Lake, and take advantage of the private grill and seating for a summer cookout.
In the spacious primary bedroom, there is a king sized bed and large windows letting in an ample amount of natural light. Take delight in the convenience of an ensuite prinary bathroom with a double vanity and separate water closet with a bathtub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have storage space for your belongings during your stay.
The common areas of Decatur feature ski lockers for each unit, the key will be hanging inside of the condo. A short walk toward Keystone Lake and you will find the pool house which features a swimming pool and hot tub. During the summer, enjoy the communal patio at the pool-house with lounge chairs and a communal grill overlooking the lake. Take your family and friends out for ice skating in the winter and paddle boating in the summer on Keystone Lake, just a short walk from this condo. Lakeside Village also features several options for dining including the Edgewater Cafe, Tenderfoot Lounge, Xtreme Pizza, and Bighorn Steakhouse. A couple of other fun activities in Lakeside include yoga at Studio K and creating your own pottery at Ready, Paint, Fire! The free Keystone Shuttle system picks up every 15 minutes from Decatur and can take you to River Run or Mountain House base area to ski or enjoy other activities in Keystone.

Our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
