I liked how clean everything was and how comfortable the beds were. The breakfast lady was super sweet friendly and helpful.
I understand the lady was pregnant and tired. We did clock in a midnight. I just wish she was a little happier.

This place was so nice and clean. The staff was awesome and the kitchen staff was great as well. During breakfast I noticed that the lady kept the breakfast area impeccable, so that every person who walked in to eat had the same and best experience.

There is next to no soundproofing between rooms. I could hear the maids vacuuming in the room above us.

Being brand new, the hotel was very clean.
The noise level of the motorcycles and semi trucks roaring up the highway adjacent to the property made for a Mad-Max sleepless night.

Took 30 minutes for staff to find our reservation because my last name was wrongly recorded

Breakfast was at 7, could not wait that long. Parking was terrible at time of check in found out that I had to buy a parking pass to park in the parking lot, NO THANK YOU.

The property was super clean which I loved!! That’s the main thing I look for when I stay somewhere.
I would have preferred a different location within walking distance of restaurants, etc… However, it was my job to research the area more before booking so I can’t place blame on the hotel or staff.

I have to say, the property itself was good. What made it excellent was the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping exceeded my expectations of what I thought hospitality was. Great job.
