Comfortable beds

The floors were overly creaky and the stairs were plastic

Would have been useful to have some directions to exact property as this was unclear. No contact from host despite multiple messages. Missing guide with wifi code etc. No soap!! Attention to detail could have been better

Convenient Location - Available

No welcome - or any information about the farm on Arrival. Accomodation showed signs of wear and tear. A tap was broken in the bathroom. The microwave was not working. I did request a replacement, initially told one was not available. Experienced Cumbrian bluntness as negotiations for a replacement proceeded. There were no blackout curtains on the skylights in the bedroom or curtains on the front door.

Downstairs was lovely. Only thing that would be a really good addition is some way to brew coffee... Caffetiere maybe?

The mattress really wasn't very comfortable, and footboard on the bed means it's not great for taller people. As on previous reviews, a bedroom blind is in our opinion an essential and a very easy fix!

The property was warm and cosy. Exactly what we needed for a winter weekend break away. Loved the location too. Would definitely book again.
