The location is great, just a few 100 meters fro Toscana Therme and the City centre. I liked we could travel from the railway station by boat to the centre :-)

die Lage bot eine gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderungen. Auch die Anbindung mit S1 war sehr gut,so konnte von Rathen die Bastei bestiegen weden oder die Festung Königsstein besucht werden.

Für ältere Menschen ist die Funktion des Fernsehers über Internet problematisch. Es wäre günstig Platzdeckchen anzuschaffen,um den Esstisch zu schonen.

Very nice flat. Very spacious and had all the mod cons needed. Check in was very easy. All communications were made well in advance.

Mattress was too soft for our liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

Der Toilettendeckel im vorderen Badezimmer ist ein wenig lose und wir hatten Probleme beim Öffnen der Zimmertür (Sensor reagierte erst beim 5. mal )

Никогда не спала под крышей, которая буквально было над головой, не привыкла видеть открывая глаза потолок буквально на уровне вытянутой руки.

Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr hilfsbereiter und entgegenkommender Inhaber, Räume alle modern und sauber, fußläufig zum Marktplatz, ruhige Lage an der Parkanlage, ansonsten alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet.

Tolle Lage, es war alles benötigte fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren bei Anliegen super hilfsbereit und man hat innerhalb einer Std. eine Antwort erhalten.

It was very clean, well furnished, nicely decorated, and well equipped. The location was perfect - just 2 minutes walk from the centre but on a quiet street. The communication from the owners was excellent and friendly.

It’s a fully furnished apartment with everything that we needed for our short, last minute trip to the Sächsische Schweiz. It’s located in a very quiet area, within walking distance of many local places of interest and public transportation.

The apartment was spacious (huge and enough for a family of 4-5 or a group of friends. In addition, it was indeed very clean with toiletries (hand soap, dishwashing soap, toilet paper and towels) provided. The sofa in the living room was big enough for 2 people to sleep or just watch TV. Thanks to the washing machine, you can wash your clothes if you want to stay longer and bring less clothes (bring your own detergent). Hair dryer, iron, spooler, toaster, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a large refrigerator are also available. Nearby is a local grocery store Nahkauf, or if you have a car, Lidl and DM. Bring your own kitchen towels for cooking. You can walk near the bus stop or just a ride is the train station. The owners are easy to communicate with messaging via email or directly in the booking.com app and are very accommodating. I recommend this place plus the price is absolutely worth it and budget friendly.

No rags in the kitchen to clean the tables or wipe down the kitchen counters.

Low ceilings. No sink in the toilet. No curtains in the bathroom.

The lightbulbs used in the ceiling lights were a bit too harsh light.

We (me and 2 kids of 8 and 11 y.o.) spent 2 nights here. The Apartments are just excellent: - big and cosy, with a lot of light. - apartments have ALL you need: there was even baking paper in the kitchen )) - internet TV is a pleasant bonus - we could choose movies we wanted. - located in a perfect area - in a nice and quite park, you will enjoy the view from the balcony. - you can use parking place (even I could park there!). - very close to the thermals Toscana (1-2min.by walk). - quite close to supermarket. - easy access to the property - electronic key, code is sent on time, no issues. We loved it there! Highly recommended!

Probably I would prefer not so soft bed, but this is individually.
