Gebucht für 3 Erwachsene, jedoch gibt es in der Wohnung nur ein Bett mit 1,40cm Breite sowie ein Klapp-Sofa, das sich aber nicht aufklappen lässt, da der Raum zu klein ist. Daher mussten 2 von 3 Gästen unerwartet auf dem Fußboden schlafen. Hierfür gab es keine weiteren Matratzen oder DeckenDazu ist bei Regen Wasser durch die Decke des Schlafzimmers gesickert, weshalb die Matratze des Bettes sowie der Fußboden komplett nass waren. Das Internet hat den gesamten Aufenthalt über nicht funktioniert. Das warme Wasser der Dusche war nach jeweils 5 Minuten leer, weshalb man nicht nacheinander duschen konnte, beispielsweise vor dem Ausgehen. Auf der Terrasse haben gebrauchte Papiertücher in den Ritzen der Bank geklemmt.

Mooie centrale locatie en een mooi ruim appartement

De communicatie was slecht en de mail niet aangekomen en hun Engels was slecht,uiteindelijk wel goed gekomen. Er was wifi maar geen internet verbinding!!! En je krijgt de ochtend voor dat je komt een mail om al je gegevens ,ID inte scannen,dat vond ik geen fijn idee om mijn gegeven te geven aan een Spaanse firma,en de voorwaarden in het Spaans te krijgen. Als ik het van te voren had geweten had ik het niet geboekt

La ubicación no podía ser mejor. Se puede aparcar a 10-15 min en zona blanca sin necesidad de parking y después estarás en el centro super cómodamente.

Éramos 6 y en la descripción del alojamiento aparecía que había sofá cama y en realidad no lo había y nos pasamos un buen rato intentando descifrar el sofá siendo imposible abrirlo y teniendo que dormir super incómoda esa sexta persona (era muy tarde para llamar al alojamiento o a Booking). Al día siguiente llamamos para reclamar y resulta que había una cama debajo de otra pequeña ultra camuflada, práctica imposible de ver, por lo que sugerimos que para los próximos huéspedes lo pongan en un papel en la entrada de la casa o en la descripción del alojamiento. La cama de la habitación de matrimonio está hundida en el centro y las almohadas son muy gruesas (pero esto último ya es gusto de cada uno). En la habitación de las literas hay una ventana(un tragaluz) que no se puede cerrar y entra una cantidad de mosquitos terrible.

Sofa bed was not set up as requested in advance. Sofa in general was very dirty. Not enough toilet paper provided.

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Lots of light. Old charm with modern decor and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Fantastically central location.

Wi-Fi in didn’t work in bedroom but was great in living room. Coffee machine was doing something weird and only dispensing a few drops of coffee. Property on a pedestrian street, so you need to carry your luggage a little way.

Overall I would recommend this place. Clean (find a tiny but below), the centre of the old town, in a peaceful alley.

Few points: -1st. I was unaware of the existence of a security deposit (90 Euro in my case), as this information may have been missed or simply not provided in the description. In my opinion, it is crucial for this information to be upfront and transparent in order to avoid any surprises. -2nd.The bed cover was not clean, see the stains on it to my understanding they do not wash it after every customer. Also, there was an extra pillow in the wardrobe that was dirty. But all the rest was rather clean. -3rd. Although the check-in and check-out process went smoothly, it is worth noting that you should be prepared to receive a significant number of emails and messages from the management company. Additionally, you will be required to fill out two forms (out of the booking.com ecosystem) with personal data and provide credit card details for the deposit. Furthermore, prior to your departure, you will receive several emails and messages offering options such as a late check-out or an extension of your stay. All of these aspects were quite unsettling to me.

location is perfect, we stayed for 7 weeks. well equipped with large fridge freezer, hob and washing machine. everything we needed for our stay.

bed was a little hard.

Nobody told me that the streets near the apartment were under construction. It was very difficult to arrive with all the luggage. The rooms are small, the beds are not functional for adults. The third room does not exist, a very small room up a staircase in the patio, with barely a bed and can only be entered by a person standing up, no space, that is not a room. There is only one bathroom, not two as it says in the reservation. It is not functional for a family of 5 or 6 people where the majority are adults.
