The booking has confirmed for 3 single bed and 2 double bed. There were only 2 s-bed, the 3rd bed was under a single bed without any bedding facilities. My 18 yo son has to sleep in our double bed.

Enough space for everyone. Thoughtfully decorated, including toys and books for children!

There were some mosquitoes that got inside but not sure how they got in as we were careful with closing doors. There was however, a bug zapper and that definitely helped.

Feeling like at home, but relaxed and on holiday. Very comfortable cosy rooms. Had everything necessary and above

The shower is not power enough

it was without a doubt the best appointed holiday stay I’ve ever been in . Everything you could think of , had been thought of . The bed was so comfortable, the children definitely enjoyed their spa . Every day we set out to explore and coming back was easy . I enjoyed cooking in a kitchen which was easy to use as well . Our children liked that they had been thought of too , with games , movies and drawing materials.

In the town of Kingscote, a central location to tour the northern and eastern parts of Kangaroo Island. Close to places to eat out and a big IGA, although we needed to use the car more than expected. There were outdoor facilities if the weather is warm.

We felt like we were walking into someone else’s space, like they just walked out. Perhaps personal items could be put away to make the unit easier to keep tidy especially with 4 adults using the space.

Had the necessary kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable.

The place was unclean. floors were dirty and dusty. The bathroom door lock was broken and door couldnt be shut. I sent an email informing about the situation. I was promesed someone was coming to fix it but it never happened.

Quiet street, no problems parking , clean , private and modern . Excellent wifi and the main tv was enormous ! Good facilities, suitable for an extended stay.The owner was very friendly and informative, even though we didn't meet in person. Lots of room for 2 people, there were beds for 6 ! We didn't use the outdoor seating area as it was too cold, but was good to have it.

We were ok about the only toilet being in the bathroom, but it would be difficult with more people. The main bedroom is quite small, so we used the other bedroom for our luggage and stuff, but again, it would be difficult with more people. There was far more cooking equipment than anyone could ever use, but no cups that would fit under the coffee maker !

Well set up apartment. Nice location.

Having a washing machine and dryer was great and a full kitchen.

The apartment was comfortable and roomy. There was plenty of space with areas for gathering and cooking. I would consider staying here again for sure

The only issue we had was a bit of a smell coming from the bbq out the back

It's super clean and tidy. There was all the kitchen appliances you need for all meals. My daughter loves to soak into the outdoor hot tube after a day of adventure.

The wifi wasn't strong enough in the living room, actually can't get signal when sitting in the sofa. Therefore, the kids were always in the bedroom xx. The bathroom amenities was just nearly enough. Also, that would be perfect to have a box of tissue in the living room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had all the facilities that were required during our stay. Location is good. Overall we had a good experience and will certainly consider this place for next visit.

Well maintained holiday unit with full kitchen stuff. A lots of kids boards game could be played and reading books as well.We enjoyed the stay there.

No Breakfast in package. But location was good. Near to all facility.

Not very clean from inside every where too much dust in every room specially all corners of room, under all furniture especially when you charge cleaning fees after every stay need proper cleaning. Pillows need change as very soft, head goes stuck in to it when resting. Even spa was additional facility to house, but very dirty water need water changing often time's. Can be observed while using spa dirt in the foam can be veiw clearly in foam stuck to the side walls of spa.
