Very central location. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped apartment. Excellent communication from the host. Very good value for money. A very good Co op close by. Everything you need for a city break. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants to choose from.
The apartment had no outlook or outside area to sit but this wasn't a problem for us.

Świetna lokalizacja, doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. W pokoju znajdowało się wszystko co potrzebne. Mieszkanie zdecydowanie ma swój niepowtarzalny klimat.
Może były pewne niedogodności w postaci ubikacji pod prysznicem czy lekkiego zapachu stęchlizny, ale są to rzeczy, z którymi trzeba się pogodzić jeśli chce się zamieszkać w budynku z epoki na starym mieście. Taka konstrukcja i nie poradzisz. Ale wspomnę o tym jako informacja dla przewrażliwionych.

Location is very good, 5 minutes away from the city center on foot, on a local artists alley, from what we can tell, as there are painting studios and artwork on the building walls. However, if you have trouble walking, I would not recommend it as there is a steep hill getting to the city center.
The shower has a weird location, on the wall opposite to the toilet bowl. It was a bit uncomfortable but in the end that did not bother us that much, we managed.

Esperienza bellissima in questo mini appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Casa sempre calda, accogliente e vicinissima al centro in una delle vie più suggestive e artistiche di Perugia. Parcheggio gratuito a meno di 10 min a piedi, come consigliatoci dall'host che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile a indicarci luoghi da visitare e locali e per qualsiasi altra esigenza. Consigliatissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Noi ci ritorneremo senz'altro. 5 stelle sono poche

Apartment was very clean and equipped with a lot of useful appliances. Location was great just a few minutes from the centre and from the mini metro station. Gabriella was very helpful with any questions we had.

The host was exceptional - they messaged us in advance to advise on where the apartment was and how to access it, and gave us really helpful local knowledge on local shops and their opening times, as well as recommended restaurants.
The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed including an iron and spare pillows. It was very comfortable and had all the basics you would need!
There wasn’t anything to dislike. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to be in central Perugia with somewhere to rest.

Everything was exceptional during our stay at this apartment. It is very well positioned, warm, quiet, equipped with everything that is needed, impeccable cleanliness. Self Check-in worked perfectly, I communicated with the host very easily, I received many useful indications from her and we thank her for everything.
The next time we visit Perugia, we also want to stay here.

The location is excellent and Gabriella, the host, is a lovely kind and helpful person. The flat is comfortable and very well equipped

Studio was very clean and it had all that I would need in a short stay.
The location is superb. You are in the old part of Perugia surrounded by all these beautiful building and alleys.
There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets to provide you with all you need.
There are two nearby supermarkets: coop and Pam. You need just to go up via dei cartolari.
If you want to eat out at the end of via Della Viola there is a restaurant called il Moderno there is a free aperitivo and the food is bio.
The host is very helpful and is a WhatsApp message away. Very responsive.
