Friendly staff and helpful

We love the large rooms and the convenience of having a kitchen in the unit.

I wish the TV had Netflix!

Trish was amazing. So helpful and patient. Facilities, locality and cleanliness were all exceptional.

The room was spacious

The rooms are outdated and new refurbishment. The grout is fiflthy in the bathroom, it's black.

The property was clean and the grounds were well maintained and the inground pool is a lovely lagoon style. With Harbour Town shopping literally just down the road and all Theme parks were only 15 minutes away. It was perfect for all the landmarks and attractions. I have to say, the service was exceptional. The laundry on site with 2 washers was an added bonus ($4 per wash), and the 2 dryers were free to use (you’ll be hard pressed to find this elsewhere). If needed, there is also a line out the back. The room was well equipped and coffee, sugar, biscuits, towels etc were restocked daily. Pretty Motor Inn and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Maybe it would be helpful to have a little clothes horse.

Location was very good.

I think they need to improve on the privacy. Investment in new blinds would be good. They could also invest in new TV’s, just so the image is compatible with room size. The TV in the lounge room we had was far to small, and old technology.
