It was roomy and comfortable. Clean and close to lots of good eating places.

Sea shells all over. Very hard to walk outside . Not good seating outside.

The noisy ac system located next to the bedroom. No towels ready on arrival, we had to take them out of the tumble dryer. Could have been bigger and better quality.

The location on the water was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. We took advantage of trying out the kayaks and we're hooked! The local restaurants were so good. The area/neighborhood was well kept and (mostly) quiet. Will most likely stay again if in the area!

The internet was out the whole stay, not the hosts fault! We played games and put together puzzles in the evenings. The neighbors were extremely loud 2 of the 3 nights. Yes, the houses are close together, however it was obnoxiously loud. I have a hard time believing that this hasn't been complained about before. It may be coincidence, but the notebook that's left in the home for guests to leave a review had some pages missing....

Love this little cottage. Very clean very nicely decorated. Close to all the restaurants and water.

The location is close to beaches and stores.neighbors are friendly and it’s a quiet neighborhood.

Another shower even if it was outside would be nice to clean up after the beach.

The home is beautiful and us well stocked with everything you need from kitchen, bathroom, to activities. Just bring food and personal items. The neighborhood is quite and the view is great. We slept 6 comfortably and room for atleast 8.

There should be a blind or curtian in the master bedroom. The window is frosted but the morning sun is bright. It was manageable but a blind would make this house perfect.

I loved the location and the cottage was great. We used the grill and the kayaks.

The only thing I can say is the back room is hot to sleep in but we made it work

It was very welcoming and had kayaks to use and paddle out to the gulf.

I loved the place all together it was comfortable clean and relaxing. the back yard and fire place is beautiful and relaxing. There is toys and board games the kids likes that and the dock.

Water doesn’t stay hot long couldn’t fill the tub but maybe half way for the kids but that doesn’t effect the rest off the stay just had to make my showers and baths quick.

my bed was fabulous!

shower sucked, kitchen ceiling lights, coffee pot and microwave on a 15 amp breaker. How dumb can you get? Relatively large facility with only one bathroom.

Beautiful remodel of a classic Florida home. We are in the process of doing the same so I definitely took pictures and notes. Our kids were ecstatic with the room they were sharing as well as the toys, bikes and kayaks. We caught plenty of fish from the dock too!

Honestly, not anything to be negative about. The area has its beautiful homes, like this one, nestled in with some that need work. In all a quiet neighborhood and never felt unsafe.
