The staff was awesome, the guy showed us our room after we checked in and gave us information about the room. He asked us if we would like extra pillows we said yes and got it right away. We were happy that they provided drinkable water in the lobby considering how hot it is outside. The location is good, a few blocks away from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and bar. There was free bottled water as well which we greatly appreciated however, if you requested another bottled water would cost you 20pesos.

I think the toilet needs to be replaced. We were nervous as well when the power went out but thankfully it came back probably after an hour.

Everything about the hotel, environs and personnel was great. The only minor problem was that the parking area, although secure, was tight.

Location was great in a quiet area and short walking distance to all the fun. Clean and large room.

The hotel is excellent, and perfect location for easy walk to all the restaurants, and short walk to the beach. I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend to anyone. Staff were excellent, and very helpful.

Breakfast is good but eating same thing 4 or 5 times is hard. I like to try diferente things. Porción size is large.

Really nice modern hotel away from the hustle and noise of the Malecon but close enough to visit. Nice, safe gated parking for our motorcycles. Easy walk to the underrated downtown section of LaPaz. We will stay there again next time.

Very clean room and very spacious, beds are very comfortable, AC works perfect. the employees are very nice and helpful. I liked that we were allowed a late checkout to accommodate our schedule.

The breakfast is not good at all. Options are very limited and the food is not good. for the price of the room I was expecting to have full breakfast options, such as omelettes, machaca, etc. this needs improvement.

Secure parking. Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean. Small kitchen with refrigerator and hotplate in the room.

The breakfast at the cafe next door included with the room price was rather minimal. The menu is well advertised at the desk and in the room. But only one cup of coffee was allowed per person and tiny portions of granola and yoghurt with the fruit. Maybe the other offerings were more substantial. Better to pay for room only and find a local coffee shop for breakfast.

Staff was nice, location was superb, close to lots of bars and restaurants but still very quiet.

Great location!!!!! Aircon in every room including the living room. Staff was pleasant. Decent value.

Blackout curtain in living room looked like moths got the black out part. Sunlight dappled through like Swiss cheese. Our room, while spacious, was next to the breakfast place. You could hear the staff talk and sing and crash dishes around. Paper thin walls. On Sat they were up until 1 am which was weird because the store closes at 10pm. I had earplugs but it was awful. The other days it ended when I was going to bed so not so bad. DONT STAY IN 1102. The other rooms are probably fine. Breakfast was lackluster and served at Melt. Not sure if their regular dishes are not good but if they can’t put any love into the complementary ones, I wouldn’t even try the others. I didn’t hate the place. The shower was great and hot and the beds were firm in the way I like. Staff was pleasant. It was basically the noise that made it suck.
