The residence is near the port which was important for us as we took the ferry and didn't have a car. The staff was very nice, always greeting and also giving insights and recommendations. The appartment and the balcony was more than big enough for two people, good furnished (e.g. a lounge on the balcony) and had almost everything we needed (e.g. cleaning rags were missing). The pool area was also very nice, never crowded and we always had enough deck chairs and parasols. Also the whole area was very clean and well maintained (e.g. the lawn).

Unfortunately the wifi was rather bad. The infrastructure itself was good (e.g. having a access pointer in the room) but the internet itself was rather slow and sometimes it wasn't even possible to get connected (maybe because too many people were using it?). Furthermore, the appartment was poorly soundproofed. We either heard the kids in the appartment above us or the bass of a club/bar in the "haute ville". Compared to other hotels in France the TV had no feature like Chromecast (or similiar). Maybe, just as an idea, this could be provided for the future.

Very spacious apartment, well equiped kitchen, very clean pool and surroundings, kind receptionist at the check out.

Some of the dishes were dirty upon arrival and kitchen smelled really bad, one of the matresses was apparently too old because it was really soft, bad wi-fi connection, 500e deposit policy which is not mentioned when making reservation.

Large, clean rooms. Good location and friendly staff. Grounds were very well maintained. Close to maison pietri boulangerie which was fantastic!

The bed and sofa bed were not good, the sofa bed was heavily worn and stained so I didn't like sitting on it. I also slept poorly due to an uncomfortable bed. I've stayed in many self catered apartments and they usually have basic supplies but there was literally nothing provided for our stay. We had to buy hand wash, toilet paper, bin bags, cleaning products, salt and pepper etc.

The view was so pretty! Very clean, everything was perfect. I wish we could stay longer. Its little bit pricey but its worth it. I would visit this place again!
