It was a beautiful room with a huge balcony. Wonderful location to nearest restaurants and shopping area.

We liked the location and the facilities. The pool was great! We liked being close to pier park and all the other activities in the area.

Check in was chaotic. We wound up having our daughter, son in law and grand baby with us that wasn’t planned when we booked. We didn’t like that they had to park there vehicle in the public parking close to edgewater. Their was plenty of parking in the garage because the roof of the garage was nearly empty during our whole stay. When told they had to park somewhere else, I was given a phone number to contact about parking that turned out to be the PCB public works. It was Sunday and they were closed. The staff we dealt with was nice but seemed to want to just get us checked in and move on to the next person.

it was nice. stayed on the top floor and the wait was never bad for the elevator. very impressed.

The accommodations were wonderful. We enjoyed them with the exceptions noted in the following question.

It was difficult for us to get the wifi password. We did not get it until day 3 of our stay. We were not able to access the AT&T uverse account for television. We thought we should have been able to.

The patio. needed dusting

Beautiful view, amazing pool and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the week.
