Damp in hall way and smell Dirty blinds in kitchen and mould on windows in kitchen No normal TV couldn’t put BBC on etc Back door hard to shut Grass needed cutting Upstairs cobwebs in bedrooms No landing light working Ran out of hot water no instructions in property guide Walls dirty Paint chipped all over the place We were staying as my son is in intensive care we needed a easy stay and time to switch off with our other son. But the TV thing didn’t help and neither did the hot water it took to long to sort. For the money we paid per night we could have stayed in a luxury hotel room and had bed and breakfast I felt let down and overcharged Told on phone that if you score us 10 we will do you the same !!
