I like the design and the bed so so comfortable. Also, the receptionist Ellen even packed a breakfast for me since i will be leaving early in the morning. I appreciated the little fridge and the hot shower as well. It is pretty close to the bus stop and train station.

I had a trouble checking in since I was directed to other hotel to check in before I can enter the hotel have to walk back and forth .

We spent one night in the Depandance building, nice and modern rooms, very quiet. The whole village was very quiet. On the reception, they gave us very good advices, where to go etc. The breakfast in the restaurant (included in price) was excellent.

Albergo Roma is a wonderful little hotel on Via Soccini (the main thoroughfare within the walled medieval town of Buonconvento). It has an excellent location, good security and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast served in the Ristorante Roma (restaurant next door) is good and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel. NOTE: Google Maps incorrectly places the Albergo Roma Hotel in the carpark next to the Hotel Albergo Ghibellino. This is a Google Maps mistake not the hotel mistake. Albergo Roma can easily be found from its address at 14, Via Soccini (which is next door to the Church of St. Peter and Paul (Chiesa dei Santi Pietro e Paolo).

The room was large and had many modern conveniences we were not expecting in this small town. The receptionist was very helpful. This is connected to Hotel Ghibellino and that is where we checked in. The breakfast was in the hotel restaurant and was very generous. Would highly recommend this hotel. We were Pilgrims on the Via Francigena when we stayed here.

No improvements I would make.

Very clean, comfortable and newly renovated rooms. We booked two doubles and a twin room. The twin room was huge. Breakfast waa decent but not outstanding. Location fantastic as very central.

cleanliness could be improved - there were long dark hairs in different places of the room, I’m not too picky, but that shouldn’t happen. the breakfast has room to improve as well - very simple, but still okay. check in is in a different location a couple of meters away.

Newly a tastefully refurbished hotel. Only issue is lighting in bedroom. Impossible to read unless you are in the bathroom.. Restaurant very good
