Wonderful artsy details and a room with personality is something you don't forget! Very clean and spacious, well equipped, a small coffee station is a nice touch, comfortable bed and great bathroom. It's situated in the heart of Šibenik old town, everything is walking distance. Lana is a great host, she gave me good recommendations. We are coming back 100%!

Nice interior. Everything worked (air con in particular was good during the heat wave). Fantastic location right in town. Good recommendations from the hosts.

The room was very comfortable, stylish and at an amazing, very central location with lots of businesses and sightseeing opportunities nearby. Our room was at an upper floor, which provided a nice view over the street and a bit of the sea, too. Room equipment (wi-fi, fridge, air conditioning, hair dryer etc.) worked perfectly. Self check-in was quick and easy using instructions sent by the host ahead of time. The host was very nice, having provided us recommendations for parking and restaurants. On the night of our stay, there was a video screening happening on the street, but closing the windows muffled the noise tremendously. The room was very quiet and we sleep wonderfully.

There was no elevator getting to the room, just stairs. This was fine for us but could be more difficult for people with large suitcases or health problems.

Lana was wonderful. We arrived early and was still able to check in. Lana talked as through everything in the room and guided us as to places to visit and made recommendations of where we could eat. The room was modern equipped to a very good standard. It's location is right in the heart of the old town. A beautiful city with kind people.

Lana was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely responsive and helpful, and the place was just like it looked in the photos. We had a great stay and would defs recommend. The location was so central and easy to get to.

If I had to pick one thing, the pillow was just a bit too big, but the smaller pillow provided did the trick just fine.

L&L Rooms is well-located in the heart of Sibenik, close to all the major sights. It was easy to get to (and relatively stair-free from the road above). The rooms (we booked three of them) were spotless, and really lovely. Each one had its own character and each was tastefully and uniquely decorated to complement the stone walls of the historic building. Each room had a lovely view of the streets below, and a glimpse of the sea could be seen between the neighboring buildings. The larger rooms were comfortably sized. There is some street noise at night, but the windows are very soundproof - as soon as you closed them, you heard nothing from the outside. Lana was extremely helpful - she gave us a number of restaurant recommendations, and she helped us with the fees for street parking, as the meter only took coins which we did not have enough of. My bed was super comfortable!

It was a privilege to stay in the old city of Sibinik in this charming extensively remodeled floor of an old building perfectly situated in walking distance from underground parking just outside the city, restaurants on the water, and all the sights of this historic town. Our host was always going beyond the call of duty, delightful, attentive to every detail, resourceful and friendly. Because the owner is an artist and gallery owner, the decorative touches are uniquely fresh and inspiring, always with the guest's comfort in mind. There are several flights of stairs to climb but we enjoyed the extra workout!
