Location of this flat is just fantastic. It is right in the city centre, so you can just go along a passage and then stroll around lovely pedestrian streets straight from the door. There is a brilliant M & S Food moments away, plus a huge lovely fruit stall on the market square. It's a lovely base to come home to after the day out exploring. We sat at the table by the window sipping tea after our evening meal and listening to the city's church bells ringing... Also one evening, some nice live music wafting in from a local venue, and we enjoyed that too! Communication with the host was brilliant. eg when I rang to check something about the kitchen Katey was super helpful. When we arrived everything in the flat was beautiful, newly fitted, and super clean. It is a lovely place.

It was quite warm weather, and it was quite hot at nights in the mezzanine sleeping area. We opened the lovely windows wide and a little breeze came in which helped but it was still a bit warm. Inevitable in summer, under the rafters I guess. That's all! Everything else fantastic.

Very clean, good location.

Very very hot on the sleeping mezzanine, even when it wasn’t that hot outside. Really bad beds/mattresses. The slamming of the front door was unbelievable - it is very loud and makes the whole building shake, impossible to sleep through. Perhaps a sign asking people to close the door quietly would help…

The central location of the apartment was great, close to everything, apartment was really clean and well equipped, really great accommodation, couldn't fault it.

The only down side was nothing to do with the apartment it was the sound of the bells tolling from nearby church which rang every 15 minutes throughout the night, if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs as even with the windows closed you can still hear them.

Spacious apartment for ourselves. Many facilities available. Very clean. Host was kind and helpful. Perfect city centre location.

Beds were a bit small.

Lovely modern industrial apartment. Great shower, comfy furniture and beds. Really lovely to have tea and coffee available on arrival and to find some sachets of milk in the fridge. Place to hang up clothes was good as we had suits and dresses. Staff were friendly and informative. Fans for each room was a bonus too. Incredible location, very central to Hereford. A great find and amazing value for money to have a fully fitted kitchen for up to 4 people.

It was tough to find! It seems some of the locations on Google maps are not correct so we went round in circles a few times. I am disabled so needed to be dropped off before finding somewhere to park, but the instructions given were via walking so was a bit stressful but we got there eventually. There were a couple of dirty utensils that needed cleaning before use, however everything else was clean. Lack of parking is definitely a negative, but this seems to be an issue all around Hereford unfortunately. Spiral staircase felt a bit rickety. Was fully prepared for it but it was a lot narrower than expected and pretty difficult to get a suitcase up there. Certainly wouldn't ask for coffee in bed!

Couldn't get WiFi are TV wasn't working properly did phone about WiFi and TV but no body came I didn't realize there was stairs had 2 with disability but that's not your fault that's. me

Location as it was close to shops and attractions. It was also within walking distance to the rail station.

There was no parking at the property and had to be out of the apartment before 8 to move the car or feed the meter and parking was quite expensive.

Fantastic location, close to town. Apartment was cosy and felt like home from home.

Fabulous weekend, ideal location and everything you needed. Spotlessly clean.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated with everything you could need. Great location right in the centre of Hereford close to shops, bars and restaurants.

In no way was the the fault of the hosts or the accomodation but the cathedral bells chime through the night. Wouldn't stop me going again but I'd take earplugs to guarantee a good sleep.

this apartment was not practical for us so we phoned the client, top marks to the client they moved us next door we’re the bed rooms were on the same level and with wardrobes.
