Beautiful scenic location, stunning views, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, well equipped and toasty warm.

Quite far from Llangollen, we did know this but had hoped to walk in initially, but saying that we drove and in, parked overnight and got taxis back which were excellent.

Really clean, comfy and cosy property - great to have 3 toilets, super water pressure in the showers, hot tub an added bonus and Helen so helpful and friendly! Thank you for a lovely sray

Great property and facilities. Helen was great to communicate with and had everything ready even though we only booked the day prior. Location is fantastic. So peaceful, yet having a decent pub a few steps away and great parking spaces. Really enjoyed the hottub and listening to the river (though glad we weren't sitting in it when lightning struck the chapel very close by!!) Very spacious house with good facilities. Did some great walks up behind the cottage and over to Valle Crucis Abbey. Will definitely be back to do some more walking (and soaking). Thanks again

only thing was the floor was very cold downstairs

Incredible views from every room, the home was welcoming and spacious for our group but still so very cosy! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.
