La fermeture de la porte d'entrée qui était cassée et le système de secours (descendre le volet aux 3/4) pas assez sécure pour nous Pas de porte entre la chambre et les toilettes/salle de bain Pas super confort avec un enfant de 2,5 ans (tabourets hauts pour manger / la porte entre la chambre et le salon ne ferme pas bien et est vitrée / un pied de table haute cassé mais sans qu'on ne le voit / SDB et toilettes accessibles uniquement par la chambre)

Actually, nothing. Everything was bad from start to finish. The owner/lady in charge is unpleasant and should change job immediately.

The first contact already, the lady is cold and not welcoming at all. She is not helpful and does not care about her guests. She was supposed to be around but actually disappeared all the time, no way to find her, in particular for any requests and complains, for breakfast and on Sunday. The room was poor and not convenient at all, no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, the bed was a small one (contrary to the description on Booking), the room could not be locked from outside and there was no safe inside, so we had to take our belongings with us when going out, the bathroom was not clean, etc., etc. The lady does not have any understanding of the words 'service' and 'apologies'. We booked that place to attend a wedding in a village around and we left one day earlier as we could not bear the lady's attitude and the poor facilities anymore. She of course did not propose any refunds and she made sure not to be around when we left on Sunday. If you want to know her personality, just have a look on the comments she makes on Google as responses to disappointed guests...

La maison et le jardin sont agréables dans une rue plutôt calme et en même temps proche de la gare.

Il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Tout se fait par téléphone et boîte à clés. Sur les 3 chambres que nous avons louées, l’une n’avait pas de serrure à clefs, la deuxième avait la poignée cassée qui nous est restée dans les mains et seule la troisième pouvait être verrouillée. Et bien sûr personne à qui demander de l’aide. Au niveau sécurité ce n’est pas rassurant ! Pour des chambres d’hôtes, l’on s’attend à un peu plus de considération sinon on va à l’hotel impersonnel. Nous avions demandé à avoir une des chambres 1 heure avant l’heure légale afin de pouvoir se préparer pour le mariage de notre fille qui avait lieu à 15h30 à Taradeau et cela n’a pas été accepté sans explication et de ce fait nous étions en retard !

Ho prenotato una camera poco prima delle 20 dicendo che sarei arrivata di lì a poco, cmq entro le 21 (l'orario di arrivo possibile per il check-in su Booking era entro le 21.30). Ho pagato interamente ed anticipatamente la camera.La struttura ha risposto confermando che andava bene l'orario di arrivo, poi una ventina di minuti dopo, quando oramai ero quasi arrivata, ho ricevuto una mail e un SMS dove il proprietario mi ha comunicato che non accetta prenotazioni a quell'ora e che avrebbe annullato la prenotazione. A nulla è valso dire che ero a pochi minuti da lì. In sostanza ho pagato una camera che non ho utilizzato e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso, e ho dovuto cercare un'altra sistemazione in fretta allungando il mio itinerario. Sconsiglierò a chiunque di andarci perché l'atteggiamento mi ha lasciata esterefatta.

Very pleasant country-style property in a quiet spot of small town. Nice and friendly owner, good breakfast, enough free parking space nearby. We stayed there one night and everything worked well for us.

Lovely property, synthetic laws and flowers gives a certain ambience though. Breakfast was simple with basic products from the supermarket .

We stayed here two nights for a wedding that we were going to in a village close by. However we would definitely come back only for vacation! It’s such a beautiful and nice place. And there is so much to discover in the area! We felt very welcomed by the hostess who is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very thought through and you can tell that she is service minded and care about her guests. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. So cozy and calm. It’s a very relaxing place and the house is beautiful! A very big plus was the pool area with a natural heated pool, sun beds and a lounge area where you can hang out in the shade. There are a lot of small hang out places around the garden witch ads to the relaxing and cozy feeling. The room was really nice and clean with a comfortable bed! The air conditioner was a must when we were there since it was so hot outside and it worked perfectly.
