The apartment is so cosy and has such thoughtful touches. We loved the decor and the underfloor heating in the bathroom! Great location, close to the shops and the seafront. So great that it is dog friendly - leaving a towel and dog bowl out is such a thoughtful touch. Our only regret is that we'd only booked a night here - we are already planning our next time to stay!

The apartment was spotless, and there was everything you needed and more. The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay as well, and was easy to contact through booking.com.

The only fault would be the noise from the neighbouring pubs/clubs which can't be helped, but it didn't really bother us with the provided fan turned on, and it was a weekend so weekdays are probably quieter.

It was beautiful! Such a lovely place. There were towels, toilet roll, tea, coffee, milk and bottled water. I couldn’t fault anything about it at all. We will 100% be staying here again.

There was nothing not to like! You can’t park outside but the car park is about a 5 minute walk away and its £5 for the whole day.

Very beautiful property, furnished with a coastal theme, and very lovingly maintained. Decor looked brand new. Less than five minutes walk to the pier. Lots of nice restaurants within a two minute walk. Very quiet despite being on the high street. The host left some lovely touches as well like chocolates and milk for tea/coffee. They also left books and some toys which were suitable for children. By far the best privately managed property I’ve stayed in, and great value for money.

Beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Thoughtful things left in the apartment in case you’d forgotten anything, eg toothbrush, hair bands.

Late checkout not possible, this meant having to lug large bags around with us until we left late afternoon. Could be an option if not rented out the subsequent evening.

I travel quite frequently for work. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed. In my opinion the quality of the property outstrips most in the area for the money. I ended up having to call Anita out for something that was completely my fault, she was very gracious and responded very quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone

Parking was the only thing that wasn’t perfect but even that was manageable

The apartment was super cozy and nicely decorated, with all the necessities to cook our breakfast and have a good shower. The beds were also super confortable and we would like to know the brand of the duvet and duvet cover because we all loved it. A plus for the blinds on the windows, not a very common find in the UK. Some gifts were also left for us so everything was perfect.

Anita was a great host, making check-in a breeze and even leaving a blanket and bowl for my dog. The apartment was excellent. We needed a place in BOS to stay at short notice. The next time we go to BOS if this apartment is available, we would not look elsewhere. The owner answered a call immediately and the key process was simple. The interior design was classy and original and the facilities excellent.

We couldn’t access the Wi-Fi is the only thing I’d say and we needed it as the signal was quite bad with it being next to the beach.
