Didn’t get to experience anything

I turned up and I could not get into the building, I was within the hours of checking in and I called over 10 times and noone picked up. I was stuck there trying to get in however no luck after 2 hours so I booked a premier inn instead. I would like a refund due to the fact I couldn’t even get into the building let alone my room and it was not my fault.

Very good location (close to train station, close to shops), Easy check-in, Well-equipped kitchen, Clean bathroom.

I was afraid every time I left the room that I wouldn't get the door unlocked when I went back (but it always worked out fine).

The room was very hot and when we opened the window it became very noisy. We asked for early book in but was refused because the contact told us cleaning was being done, however when we were eventually given a card to a room , that room had not been cleaned. We tried to call the contact but phone was switched off. We were eventually given a different room that had no cups or kettle in the room to make coffee/tea. There were no hooks to hang the wet towels. The pipes/ plumbing made weird noises when water was being used

No fan or ac unit it was horribly hot

I like the location as its close to shops and train station, we did not struggle atall to locate shops

In the room I d suggest to install a side lamp or some dimmer light as the main one is really bright and cold
