Communication with the host was great. We arrived and the code to the door would not work so I called the owner and they replied on WhatsApp immediately and opened the door. We never met the host. Perhaps my fault, but I had not realised that the host was not on site. There are about 3 rooms for rent and everyone shares a kitchen. We had super guests staying so had a good night, but would worry that this depends on good luck, and respectful travellers. Room was super clean and big. There's an outstanding ice-cream shop nearby and on the same main street we had pizza which was perfectly good. Easy drive to the airport the next day, about 7 minutes away.

The place is big, comfortable and super clean. The kitchen it well equiped and it is near the city centre.

it was very clean and tidy

we had a problem gaining access to the apartment. Firstly the outside door was locked and the code would not work once we got in. The owners got in contact and sorted this, but was a very stressful start to our stay. The towels were very small and thin. Not great when trying to dry long hair. There was no remote control for the air conditioning. so had to have the window open. The walls are very thin. A child was playing and shouting at midnight in the entrance hall. People talking outside our window at 2am and you could hear everything going on in the room next door. The location wasn’t brilliant for restaurants, only takeaways.

it is 15minutes from main station, the flat is new, equipment in our room very nice.

the flat itself is very noisy, you can hear people from other rooms, also from the main floor once people close the main door or people from floor above you, this supriced us and we were woke up many times during night almost every day.. I knew about the "breakfast" and I can say, tea and juice or chocolate+jam were ok, but the crossaint and caffe were horrible. I would say for one or two days isok, for one week I recommend to visit some of the cafe's around and have Italy coffee and crossaint. ;)

When we arrived, the door would not open with the internet link as described by the owner for the check-in. Then there was no key in the keybox as there should be per check-in description. We had to try to contact them for a while and wait in front of the door to be able to get in. However after that they were nice and said sorry. It can happen, it's OK. However, we didn't like that after this experience the owners wrote us to remember to leave by 10 and asked us to give them a 5 star review Also we found it quite far by foot from the old town/port (30-40mins walk)

I really liked that the instructions given were really helpfull and also very simple and occurate. The accomodation is really super clean, beds are comfortable and bathroom is modern and very clean. I definitely recommend it.

I didnt like the breakfast, it is more of a snack, sandwiches or at least something that is not packed would be nice, everything is very sweet, so if you are a breakfast person and expect something more decent to eat, dont count on this breakfast.

Nothing never got to stay. I will admit i missed the email to text the owner to be let in to the property. I did phone them and I got the man at the cafe to phone him and he did not answer him either. Has anyone ever been to a holiday let and not been greeted at the property and shown around.

No one to greet you at the property. The owner did not answer they phone. Did not get to stay at the property the owner finally text me half an hour before the end of check in time. Too late already made other arrangements.

Very considerate and forgiving Host, even when we arrived early we were permitted to store our bags in the kitchen for safety. The room and facilities are immaculate and certainly excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Really easy to check in and out. Good communication with the host. Close to the airport, so perfect if you need to catch an early flight in the morning !
