The bungalow was clean and it was just a few steps to the pool. It was conveniently positioned for bars and restaurants but also had facilities for cooking if you required.

Only criticism was there wasn't an iron and could do with a lamp in second bedroom.

We stayed in a Villa. It was lovely to have our own pool and nice outside space, sun beds etc. Also great to have cleaners everyday.

I’d say the overall place is a little tired and the ongoing maintenance is pretty poor. Examples- our sun umbrella was broken. This was replaced but by quite a tatty and slightly ripped one that didn’t fit properly into its stand. The grate on the pool filter was broken and my son ended up cutting his foot in several places on it. This was reported but nothing was fixed. Fridge/ freezer was also defective.

Pool and position of the bungalow to the pool, excellent location for the restaurants and bars, close to the beach, very clean, not crowded and very relaxed. Daily cleaning was excellent. Great outside spaces.

Could have used a coffee maker/french press. Recycling bins behind the bungalow were used early in the morning.

The villas had close promixity to restaurants and the beach. We also enjoyed the access to the beach club pool and being able to use the hotel spa (for an additional fee). The villa bungalows were a good size for four adults which made it feel comfortable. It was also a nice touch with the toiletries being restocked each day.

We only had one set of coffee pods for the whole stay - it would have been nice if these were replenished. The outside seating around the shared pool wasn't particularly clean or looked after.

The Villa was amazing - we had access to a private pool and a jacuzzi with an amazing view over the harbour. The staff was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!!

Pool area could be more looked after

The bungalow was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The complex was quiet and we had the option to use the hotel facilities. Location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and right on the port. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely villa, with suberb view of the harbour. Well maintained with loads of outdoor space and handy little extras such as a clothes dryer for your wet beach gear.

Not being able to get a drink from a bar to take back to the room on our last night as we had a child and couldn't actually go in to use any of the facilities.

Location amazing, size if villa and grounds it stood in. Villa 1. Cleaners everyday.

On arrival the villa had maintenence jobs that needed doing and was dusty in the bedrooms, I even found.contact lenses on the bedside table, very disappointing as have stayed at Casas del lago 6 times and love it. I wanted to take my grandchildren hense why we took a villa as lago adult only. However, maintenence turned up next morning without us ringing them.

Perfect setting, no need for a car. Completely relaxing. Excellent facilities. Food at the marina delicious, very Spanish and reasonable. Waiters friendly and welcoming. Javier at the hotel is a star. Every hotel needs him!

Building work next door but after the initial shock we found it fairly unobtrusive. Hotel very understanding and dealt with our concerns about it very well. Offered a free sunset boat trip and pool party with champagne.
